Please trust me this place is horrible in service and they don't know the first thing about customer service. Go elsewhere!!!!! Let me start by this. Im uset of high in areas in Los Angeles and have never experienced people who are so unconcerned about customers who are spending their money. Let's start by when I called to place an order the woman who answered the phone was very rude didn't have very good customer service at all talked as if she had no regards and was cutting me off and talking smart. Not to mention didn't tell me the arrival time of my order. I had gave her my card number over the phone called several times after 45 minutes there line was busy then when I called back it just ring ring ring when I finally call back I asked what happen to my delivery and about the driver she said oh I'm sorry we were very busy I said oh OK I think I see him outside and when I looked out Side he had my phone on the floor while he parked his car I told the operator on the phone about him having the food on the curb and she said oh well I'm sorry and I said ma'am sorry you guys didn't even tell me what time my order will be here it's been an hour and 10 minutes

PLEASE PEOPLE stop eating from these places iTS best to cook or go vegetarian or vegan or raw vegan these companies and people are poisoning us they say what you don't see won't hurt you well after I SEEN my food on the floor whether it was in a bag or not ITS NASTY.

I have always paid attention to what is going on and this is going to really change my heart of cooking my own food...

WORST THAI FOOD we have ever had. Not sure about all the positive reviews as we visited the place primarily coz of the reviews even though after we walked in were totally put off by the ambience and seating, etc. Also since the place was closing, we decided to do a ToGo.

Abs. honest, the place served the WORST THAI FOOD we have ever had in this country. And Thai food is our fav food and go-to eat out places. We had ordered Monsoon/Drunken Noodles, Basil Fried Rice and Jungle Curry and the front desk lady/owner had repeatedly asked us for each dish if we wanted Spicy. And we said Yes to all.

When we reached home, was so disappointed to not only find 2 of the 3 dishes extremely bland & tasteless, but NOT APPETIZING at all - completely white in color, no signs of spices, hardly any vegetables but most importantly extremely DRY. Basil fried rice was sticky white rice, literally in lumps.

Since we leave pretty far from the place, there was no way for us to come and return the food, same or next day. We called the place and respectfully asked to correct the situation (future credits or partial refund, etc.) but they refused and asked to bring the food back which was not possible.

Given the other positive reviews, this could have been a one-off issue or the chef was tired as it was near closing time. But instead of apologizing and rudely asking to bring the food back made us write this long review. So much to keep the...

I have been going to Thai Royal orchid a lot of times. I can't keep count how many times I have been there. I really like their food especially their curries and my absolute favorite cat fish delight. Unfortunately the server have totally disrespected me and my brother. We came in at 9:00pm. The restaurant does not close till 9:45pm. The server asked us is this for here or to go. My brother and I said it's for here. The server agreed and she gave us a table and had us seated. She also took our orders as well. After 10 minutes of waiting the waiter told us that she didn't know that it was already 9:45pm and that the restaurant is already close. She kept saying restaurant already close would you just like to get your order to go?? No!! It's not even 9:45pm when my brother and I. It's only 9:15 pm when we were seated and asked for our orders and then she came back retrieve our orders at 9:25pm. How could you say restaurant is close when it's not even 9:45pm yet.
