Stopped by to try a new place and unfortunately didn't enjoy it and ended up throwing it out after a couple of sips. Ordered a Vietnamese iced latte with boba, which had next to no coffee flavor, tasted like I was drinking straight creamer, and boba was dense and undercooked. I ordered a Lychee Yakult and a Taro Milk Tea, and it somehow took over 20 minutes to get them. That’s completely unreasonable for drinks that should take five minutes,tops when theres max 8 people here. On top of that, both were watery and lacked flavor(taro milk tea). I used to work in the boba industry, so I know how this process works—and there’s really no excuse for that kind of delay or that level of quality. A decent place for boba but definitely not a lollicup, this location is the former location of lollicup fresh. Staff is extremely friendly maybe not too fast. It's nice that they ask how much Ice and how sweet you want your drink. But I've been spoiled with how much boba offers for the price and the menu selections are not plentiful.
