Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Riverside

I had not ordered a Pizza to be delivered in years simply because they were always cold and rubbery. But one day last week I was so tired I could not muster up the energy to cook and the thought of getting back into the car and drive to go get food was not in the cards. Now if it were just me I would have skipped dinner altogether but my son was hungry and wanted something hot to eat. So I decided to take the chance and order a pizza for my son I had no intentions of having any. I made the call to Pizza Hut only because I had seen the sign pass me today as I was driving home and I remembered seeing it. So I called and placed my son's order and paid over the phone a great convince because I had no ready cash on hand. When I asked how long it would be so I could let my son know he was in for a long wait to MY SURPRISE HE SAID 15 TO 20 MINUTES NOT AS I REMEMBERED 35 TO 45 MINUTES. WOW!! And true to his word the Pizza arrived on time BUT HOT!!!! My son was happy as could be. I gave him his pizza and walked into the kitchen to see what I was going to eat the smell of the pizza now made me hungry. Still I had no intentions of eating rubber pizza. Well my son offered my a bite and at first I refused but it smelled so good and my stomach growling I took a bite. Well within seconds I was grabbing a plate napkin and drink and before my son knew what hit him I had eaten 3 slices of his pizza. The Pizza obviously was not rubbery but hot crispy and fresh I enjoyed each bite with zest and gusto my son on the other hand only remarked I said you could have a bite shaking his head took the pizza into his room just as I was about to grab another slice. 3395 university location in riverside Very poor rating bad experiences and recently on sat. 3/9 im done pizza hut corporate needs to hire better employees meaning starting with the supervisors/managers that have business experience and good customer service or better training and also have good delivery personal that are familiar with the area My family and I waited way over an hr so we decided to call the pizza hut location and when calling an employee stated we had to wait an additional hr for delivery that was very upsetting to hear also cause i have my young daughter staying up waiting for her pizza and for them to take an additional hr for delivery So I requested to speak to the supervisor and that didn’t go well at all the supervisor stated unfortunately there is nothing she can do regarding the delivery she mentioned delivery person being backed up and wasn’t familiar with the area and honestly all I heard was excuses and what she can do was to cancel my order 😤wow 🤯😲 really and she’s a supervisor she seemed careless of my order she didn't seem to care at all she was no help whatsoever i have...

Called to ask to add marinera sauce to order she tells me pasta doesnt come with it but before i could explain I wanted to ADD it she hangs up. Doesnt answer the phones on hold for 30 minutes then was answered by the call center???? they transferred me back to the store sat on hold for 10 more minutes finally got through to someone already fed up and asked to cancel my order and he hung up. called back 20 minutes on the phone again when the pizza got to my door. I told the driver I have been trying to cancel this order for 50 minutes but there wasnt mush she could do. HORRIBLE customer service here.
