TailoredSpace Riverside — Local services in Riverside

The inside is extremely aesthetically pleasing and modern. I enjoy the goal behind the business. However, the staff has made it very hard to use the space rented or the lobby area or any other commodities that were provided. As much as I like this spot, the unhelpful and unaccommodating nature of the front desk staff does not justify the experience here. I am willing to communicate with the owner of the business more about my situation and what can be done.

Update: (03-17-2020): I appreciate that you spoke with your receptionist, Rebecca. However, now she has been watching me in the cameras at night. I have been approached and accused of several false and petty behaviors, such as grabbing keys and touching room locks. I clearly had not done any of her claims (you can check on the cameras if this needs to be addressed with me). It is very clear Rebecca intends to target, discomfort, and intrude me. I have been exceptionally kind and respectful to the property and people here, and have been no less respectful to Rebecca either. This place is amazing. Very modern, extremely clean well worth the price for what you get. Looked at several different facilities before choosing this one. The other co-working companies wanted me to sign a lease for a min of 1 year. They charged extra for all ammenities. At Tailored Space you get everything included in the monthly rent (full kitchen priviledges, conference room tokens to be used every month, along with copy/printing and phone services.) I love that its month to month, no obligation whatsoever. I never planned on being here more then a year. However, since things have been so great I am going on 3 years here. If you don't need an office space you can get a virtual or desk membership where you would still get the same priviledges. They have monthly social networking gatherings for all community members, which includes lunch or evening gatherings. It has been a great way to meet new people and make new friends. Come see Adriana the amazing community director. She will make the process simple and easy for you to sign up. You won't regret getting a membership here at Tailored Space. Whether you are just starting a business or have been in business for years, they can "tailor" to your specific needs!

TailoredSpace was recommended to us from another coworking space located in downtown Riverside. When we were given a tour of the place, my business partner and I both agreed that the office space would accommodate our small business needs and moved in immediately. Unfortunately, since moving in, several members of our team have expressed disappointment by being treated in a rude and unprofessional manner by the receptionist Rebecca. This is disheartening. Although we enjoy the convenient location and direct access to the downtown area, we value our team and their concerns above all else.
