Pros

The service was fast and the employees were very nice. It was clean and the servings were pretty big. The food also looked nice.

Cons

I didn't care for the seasoning on the fries at all and the drinks were meh. That's a personal preference though and clearly from the reviews many enjoy it but I will probably stick to the other boba places i know.

My one real issue was with change. While waiting for my change the cashier made the comment of 'sorry I don't have any quarters,' and I made the reply of it was okay it was all going into the tip jar anyway. She handed me my coin change as a bunch of smaller coins. I put those coins and a $5 bill in the tip jar as she walked away. I got my order and got all the way home, when I went to put my receipt away I noticed that my total was $21.38. I had paid with $25. I was given my coins back but was not given the bills I was owed. It was only $3 but still. And i know i had said it was all going into the tip jar anyway but I was handed the coins and put them in there myself, so it would be odd if they had just not handed me the bills back and put them in the tip jar themself. If they had just kept the entire amount it would have been strange but I could see that based on my comment. But to me anything other than handing me back the full amount so I could put it in the tip jar myself is odd as it was my money still regardless of what I had said. So in the end they got $8 and the coins as a tip. They would have gotten it either way so no real big deal but not handing someone back the bills owed is an...

Wow, surprisingly delicious!

Came here on a Saturday afternoon around 3:30 pm. Only 2 staff members were working, and right before we were about to order, the staff taking our order asked if it was okay if we waited at least 5-10 minutes before our drink was made, which was considerate! Lo and behold, it was evident because they had a swarm of online orders, and I believe 8+ drinks were made before they eventually started making ours.

We all got classic boba milk tea, with their famous green-colored honey boba. Fun fact: their classic BMT contains non-dairy creamer!

You can adjust: sweetness level ice level milk type cup size ...and more!

It was SO YUMMY! Despite the wait (which we were kindly informed beforehand and were not in a rush anyway), it was a 10 out of 10 experience--from ordering, to how delicious our drinks were. My cousins loved their Karate Chicken which was a large portion.

Definitely coming back again!! Highly recommend trying! Their boba was so uniquely matcha green colored, so chewy, fresh, and tasty! Literally...

Their milk teas tastes way too MILKY with no flavor to it at all. Also the employees here are rude, they seem stressed & passive aggressive when you order, they are not good spirited. Its just boba..Maybe someone is pressuring them or they are just unhappy to be here, it kills the experience...I had a weird experience with one of the girls who worked here, she's probably trying to find meaning in her job and herself by posing as rude,..seems like she had a personal problem, idk... None the less, the teas here are not good, the Thai tea leaves a stain on clothes/napkins etc, which means it's made of some weird dye probably. Their customer service is probably what wont bring me back, theres too many boba places to choose from, a very saturated business, so customer service and experience is important. Wont return for...
