Let’s start with the pros. The decor and lighting is beautiful. I would say this is a good date spot. I didn’t have drinks but the bar looks like it could be a fun atmosphere to catch a game.

The cons. They want to charge full service prices for a limited menu that requires self service for just about everything. Go stand in line, order, pick up your food, get your utensils, bus your own table. The place has been empty both times I’ve been here and people slowly trickled in. Their food is just okay. Both times I’ve been here, there is a table on one corner where the owner / staff just sit and eat or hang out while the patrons need servicing. For example, people are coming up asking for various items and they are just there looking around. The soda machine hadn’t been serviced (syrup) had not been added to several flavors so it tasted like carbonated water. But there they were just sitting. While the staff is obviously entitled to their breaks it just seems that 5 staff sitting in the corner chatting and on their phones is contradictory to a customer service driven environment. Maybe just for optics shorten the timeframe or get up and walk around and ask patrons if they need anything, as a courtesy.

And the food is boring. You can’t get flautas, enchiladas, or food that is cooked to order. You only get options to make tacos burritos or bowls with meat just sitting out all day. And they charge for everything. 2.50 for chips and salsa, $.50 for “extra” cheese which they put a tiny amount in to begin with. And why don’t you offer milk or juice options for the kids meals Instead of soda? When I asked if they had those options, the girl scoffed and said why would they offer that for the kids meal lol.

Bottom line - good date spot / hang out at bar to watch a game. But unless they learn customer service / lower prices/ expand menu to items cooked to order, i don’t see this place being in business too long.
