Shop still owes over $600 refunds for damaged items returned to them. Items were shipped back using their labels. Tracking showed they were delivered to address over a month ago. No refund was issued to this day, and shop didnāt respond to any messages. I filed credit card claim but this is outrageous predatory business practice. It was very difficult dealing with the shop during the return process - unresponsive and somewhat hostile. They have good sales but beware if anything purchased is defective or damaged.
Response to the shopās comment: You know very well why this comment was posted. The supposed chargeback shown on your account was due to the credit card claim I filed. You have never actually āissuedā any refund to me, in which case an amount would be posted on the Shop APP for that order and shown in my credit card statement as an actual reduction. Currently the credit card dispute is still open with a note āmerchant hasnāt respondedā. No, you didnāt issue any refund you just didnāt respond to the credit card dispute so thereās a temporary chargeback.
No, I never received any messages or emails back from you to any of my follow-ups. The first item was deliver on 8/10, second on 8/26 and itās 9/21 today. I donāt leave any bad review but this is outrageous.

With my first order, one item was cancelled and refunded and another was missing entirely when my package was delivered. After following up via email and social media over several weeks, I received a refund on my credit card with no explanation (I had requested the item be replaced, not refunded). The store never replied to any emails.
I placed a 2nd order shortly after the 1st when I was notified of the cancelled item in the 1st order (and before I realized the store never responds to their emails). The 2nd order was also cancelled, with no explanation or follow up by the store.
Against my better judgement, I placed a 3rd order during their recent sale on Fagus items because it is rare to find those at 25% off. I received that order 10+ days ago and one of the two vehicles I received was the wrong item, not what I ordered (crane v. fire truck). I immediately contacted the store via email to notify them of the error and still have not received any acknowledgement from them.
Buyer beware! Their sales are great, but donāt count on receiving the items you ordered or getting a response from the store if they screw...
