Simply put. This place is TRASH! The people are TRASH! Customer service is TRASH! I ordered 4 pizza’s with cheese bread and all of the pizza’s were burnt. The kids were hungry so 2 of the pizzas and cheese bread were returned. Upon receiving the pizza I called and politely asked that they replace the pizzas considering I spent over $50. But they should be replaced regardless of how much was spent because of how burnt they were. The old guy answered and insisted on arguing with me about what pizza looked like and insinuating it wasn’t burnt. He was unhappy about replacing my order. There is ZERO customer service etiquette here!!!! They all had horrible attitudes and treated us as liars. Saying we didn’t ask for extra cheese or sauce as we showed them the receipt. Going back and forth. WORST MARCOS EVER! I will be contacting corporate about this situation and I’m also reminded that I’m back in Michigan dealing with these kind of people! Unbelievable! Never had any issues like this with Marcos back in STL! These people need to be fired and ought to be ashamed of the way they treat people who spend their hard earned money! They dont use canned mushrooms in Italy. I know, as I have been to Italy several times over the years from Milan to Catania, Sicily.
Using canned mushrooms is either due to laziness, being cheap, or both. Neither of which are authentic Italian.
