This was a mighty fine experience.. Let me get started by saying this… Maddie our waitress: total SMOKE-SHOW. Stunning, although petite, excellent service and sense of humor. Anyways… that’s beside the point. The main focus of this review will be the food, of course. I was so, so hungry…. I could eat a HORSE or my own hand! Lmaoooo!!! So I walked in, got seated at my own booth (staff was very accommodating; I can’t fit in the smaller chairs so I require a large and wide seat, hence the booth…) It was quaint, yet surprisingly comfortable. I then scanned the EXTENSIVELY long menu to decide what I wanted to eat, but I was starting to get angry because I was so hungry and I couldn’t decide… I was getting overwhelmed until I saw IT. THE item I was going to get. The sweet honey bbq pig ribs… with the combo appetizer that came with spinach dip, salsa, chips, quesadillas, mozzarella sticks, and boneless wings… My oh my was this good.. I just about jumped out of my seat when it arrived at the table. The bbq ribs were drenched in the most delicious juicy sauce that smelled like it came straight out of a bbq oven 🤤 I dug into that plate and cleared it within minutes of its arrival.. did not even have a minute to spare to snap a photo… It was THAT good. My god. Then, after I absolutely demolished that plate I moved onto the appetizer platter and it was very good, but not quite at good as my rack of ribs Lol. Then, the funniest thing happened! This random waiter dude came by the table and asked tried to drop off a salad.. a SALAD. You have got to be crazy if you take one look at me and think I ordered a salad😂. I gave him a dirty look and he got the hint. Overall I would rate this experience a 100/10. The service was excellent, waitress Maddie was amazing, and The food. Don’t even get me started on the food again…. Please come here… please get the ribs.. you will...

I asked for a table instead of the booth by the bathroom they were trying to seat us in so we walked to the complete other side of the restaurant to sit in the table by the bathroom, wait stand and the to-go door, passing EVERY empty table on the way because it still wasnt the dinner hour. Our bad.
Then we met our high-on-something waitress and her manager, who kept taking our orders for refills and bringing out items we didn't order. My wife nearly had to trick the waitress into giving us straws.
Finally, our waitress, who again was high as a kite, was reassigned to another section without telling us or apparently anyone else as we sat there for nearly 45 additional minutes with ALL of the waiters and waitresses standing behind us but no one waiting on us.
Once we had to finally say something it took 3 waitresses and the manager to "figure out" what was happening in a near-comical Keystone Cops routine that I could almost hear the music to.
Well, they found our waitress in her section where they sent her and made her come back and apologize before giving us our check to make sure we knew it was no-one's fault.
Before we left, Manager Fife stopped back to say they were sorry and we should stop back to see him. He is here 6 days a week and we just have to ask for him by name. Not sure what was meant by that as it certainly didn't lead to any satisfaction or resolution to the...
Read moreI am a Doordasher. I, during this Pandemic put my precious life into my hands as well as help to keep restaurants in business during this horrific time. I as well support this.
I was given two dashes to Applebee's and was horribly disrespected both times. The first time I believe was from the manager of which, due to me being early, I asked if the order were ready if I could get it so that the customer could get it quicker. He proceeded to scream at me that they will not. Needless to say I didn't want a confrontation so I passed the Dash to another Dasher where I lost money. The second time that I arrived for a pickup a girl came to my car window where I told her that I was with Doordash. She never spoke too me and processed to the other vehicles who were there to pickup their Togo orders of which she was very friendly too ,I'm certain due to that they were actual customers. My order took 10 minutes, which was to be picked up when ever that I arrived. I was on my phone when she brought my order to my car as well I had my window closed due to it being cold. I opened my widow and she began too walk away. I said why are you walking away ? She turned around and said too me HERE, you will never get another order from here again. To the GM, I owned and operated my own restaurant and have been in the restaurant business since I was a child, ...
