Arby's — Restaurant in Rochester

This afternoon we stopped at Arby's and ordered a Frenh Dip and a Buffalo Chicken meal. When asked anything else I responded Arby's sauce and ketchup. Typically we get decent food from the 37th street Arby's in Rochester MN, but today we did not. I can understand forgetting the extra sauces, but usually if your going to ask for anything else I would suggest you follow through. The main reason for this review is becuase the Buffalo chicken I had ordered was mostly bun, like the chicken portion didn't cover half the sandwich. If you are going to brag that you have the meats, and charge higher prices because of it I suggest you follow through. You can claim short staff is the reasoning it wasn't caught, but all those chicken Patty's are pre-made, so you found that pathetic excuse of a portion ok to send on and charge me for it. I decided to try the 2 for $5 fish sandwiches; I chose the cajun. Unfortunately, I cannot say that the sandwich was great. While I definitely liked the oversized piece of fish it did not have any flavor. The cajun fish was supposed to have a cajun sauce, but they barely put any sauce on the sandwich. I ended up combining my two sandwiches to make one but still did not get the cajun flavor. I know commercials usually depict a glimpse of what you get, but this was no where near the depiction. I don't do fast food often. That said, I have had Arby's several times since I moved to Rochester. Thus far, I have mainly purchased the traditional greek gyros. I used drive thru today. There was a fairly long line. However, getting my food did not take very long. My gyros were a special order. Nevertheless, my order was ready in a short time, accurate and hot. The person who took my order and the young lady at the window were both warm, professional and efficient. I tipped the latter. I recommend tipping as much as possible.
