Dear Brothers Management,
I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with my recent experiences at your restaurant. I typically enjoy supporting local, family-owned businesses, but my visits to Brothers have been consistently disappointing.
During my first visit, my burger was inedibly salty. My entire table agreed. While the waiter did replace my meal, it arrived long after everyone else had finished eating, and his excuse of blaming a new prep cook was unsatisfactory.
On my second visit, my son's fries were also excessively salty. The waiter had to try them himself before acknowledging the issue and replacing them. By the time the new fries arrived, my three-year-old son had lost interest in his meal.
Most recently, I ordered an omelet that was swimming in grease. The waitress was attentive and provided extra napkins, but the fact that she acknowledged the cook's tendency to use excessive grease was alarming. A few hours later, I became ill and vomited.
I called the restaurant and asked to speak to a manager about my experience. The waitress informed me the manager was unavailable and asked what I wanted. I felt uncomfortable discussing the matter with her and requested a call back from the manager, which I never received.
I am not seeking any compensation. I am simply asking that you prioritize quality control and address these recurring issues. The excuses provided by your staff are...
Read moreBrother's is one of my Husband's and I's favorite places to grab a quick bite to eat. The Owner, Kevin, is friendly, down to earth and always has a smile on his face. Bartenders and waitstaff are fantastic and give impeccable service, so much so that we reached out to Kevin and one of his Managers, Scott; to see if they would be interested in catering our Wedding this past February. They were excited for the challenge and more than rose to the occasion. Both worked with us and our other vendors tirelessly to ensure our guests had the best feast for the day of. Scott also came up with a great solution to our guests with allergies or food restrictions that left these guests in Awe of how thoughtful the gesture was. (all of the items we had were not on their original/everyday menu) From appetizers(meat, cheese, crackers and veggies) to dinner(prime rib, chicken marsala, steamed veggies, 2 types of potatoes, & side salad) and the late night snacks(Flatbread pizzas), our guests raved about how delicious everything was and how beautifully it was presented and might I add; fairly cost effective for the amount of guests we had. We can not express our gratitude to Kevin, Scott, Alec and all of the other staff that helped make one of the biggest days of our life, go off without a hitch. Thank you, thank you, thank you, from the bottom of our...
Read moreWe had a hockey tournament this weekend and was able to experience Downtown Rochester. I wasn't impressed with the places my hockey team planned for brunch and team meals, so the last restaurant we choose was just my family and the Food was amazing, it was nice to finally eat at an awesome breakfast place that didn't have menu items $15+. The staff was very attentive and helpful. There were a lot of staff that worked hard to get the drinks and food out. The food was so tasty with nice servings. My family of 6 usually has to get a to go box but we actually ate everything. I finished the mess and it was fulfilling but very flavorful, with the perfect amount of veggies, Hash browns and bacon. I got a side of sausage gravy that was one of the best I've had. My hubby got the chicken fried steak and cleaned his plate. My kids got the breakfast combo one with pancakes and one with French toast. My oldest got the breakfast sandwich that had a waffle hashbrown incorporated. The bloody i got was house made and had the perfect amount of spice. Overall out of all the fancy places I ate at over the weekend this was the best food I had...
