It seems like I’m always the last person to hear about a great new restaurant opening up in Rochester, but when that place happens to be a pizza place, I have to wonder, and ask: does this town really need another one? Well, if it’s gourmet, hand tossed, and wood fired BLISS like TILDA’S, it’s MORE then welcome! I was pleasantly surprised how good it was, from it’s european style crisp crust, to the fresh ingredients that make up the toppings…It’s the kind of pizza that is just so darn tasty that you can’t stop eating it, even if your “full”! I am REALLY looking forward to ordering it again, maybe even dining in the restaurant instead of take-out or delivery…(delivery was prompt, courtesy of “Door Dash”) I’ll have to take pictures next time as well, none to be had this time because I had ate ALL the pizza before I realized I hadn’t taken any shots! Look out “Pasquale’s” there’s a NEW gourmet pizza in town!! I HIGHLY recommend...
Read moreThis place may be okay if you build your own. I'm not accustomed to giving reviews but you should know... This is like a bar that serves a pizza type product to people that have been drinking so they don't know, or care, about the difference. We ordered the "taco pizza?" But it can best be described as head lettuce on a crust with some tomatoes and black olives for coloring. There was no recognizable meat on the "pizza" and just a smattering of what they considered ranch and taco sauce.........😳 The waitress was sweet and she did try to comp us. Since we had to pay for the pizza we boxed it up and gave it to a homeless guy. We had to go down the road to Brothers Bar and Grill so that we could find something to actually eat. Brothers Bar and Grill had some awesome wings. Brothers Bar and Grill really made up for the previous disappointment and they have made...
Read moreBe sure to go in the correct door. We went down in the basement to a dark tavern. Bartender directed us up an elevator. Nice dining area. Open and light, lots of seating. Fast service and pizza ready in minutes. $23 for a 14-inch thin with pepperoni and mushrooms. Nice char and crunch on the crust, but dough a tad chewy. Small pepperonis, a bit oily, I prefer the larger discs myself. Fresh mushrooms are a plus. Wish they offered a ground beef option for those of us who tend to avoid pork but want a meat pizza. Sauce is tangy and flavorful. Light on the cheese. Verdict? A decent pizza, good service, a bit overpriced. Considering the pizza options for the area, it's better than any franchise by far, but some local pizzeria can give a run for...
