Coming back again to reiterate my experience. Ordered a week ago. Tried calling the store to update our order. Was on hold for 11 minutes from the prompt. No one ever picked up. My husband went to the store to pick it up. The guy acted like it was no big deal that they didn't answer the phone. Then on top of that my husband asked for some extra cheese for his pasta and he would not give him any. No apologies for anything. My husband then stated he didn't want the pasta and the guy obviously pretended to do a refund because he told my husband he did but it's still not back on our card. My husband asked for a receipt for it. The refund as well as the purchase and all he got back was a receipt for the purchase. Then we get home and the purchase was not correct. My husband wasn't 100% what I had ordered for myself and when I opened it it wasn't at all how I had specified it to be made. Called up to the store and he said my husband just left the pasta and walked out the door. Didn't even ask for a refund which I know my husband and not did not happen. He did not want to help me out at all. Had a very flippant attitude from there I attempted to contact corporate which of course all you can do is email and then they send a no reply that someone local will contact you. No one local has contacted me and I have actually reached out two more time since then and still not gotten any response. Read moreI hate leaving bad reviews for places but if I could leave zero stars for this Domino's I would. This used to be a good pizza spot for grabbing pizza for the kids, with fast and friendly service. I am not sure what has happened in the last few months that the service has gone so far downhill, but after the past handful of times we have ordered from here and it's just been a terrible experience, it offically deserves a bad review. At least 3 of the last 5 times I have been here, they mark the order ready to pick up and then 10-15 minutes later when you get to the store it's magically "just in the oven" and is going to take another 10-15 minutes. I ordered my pizza at 7:23 tonight and waited for the notification that my order was completed and ready to be picked up, which was about 15 minutes later, per dominoes very own tracker. Imagine my surprised at 7:54, at least 10 minutes since my orders been "finished" and 30 minutes since I've ordered at this point, that my pizza is still in the oven and is going to be at least 10 more minutes. I was even more surprised when the woman who seemed to be in charge changed on the drop of a hat from calling me "love" in her cutesy, patronizing voice to slamming the window closed when I told her to cancel my order. Read moreI have ordered from Domino's over the years but I have never really been that disappointed....until I moved to Rock Hill. This location in particular cannot cook the same meal twice; I can order parmesan bread bites ten different nights and it will never be the same bites. Last night's delivery order was by far the worst I have ever received. Had one of the bites, buttery and soft, indicating it wasn't cooked properly at the store. Spices were lacking in and, um, the parmesan was mostly missing! At least give me the minimum of what I ordered. Then, we had a bit of pizza. One-half was razor-thin as could possibly be with no sauce. Burned and dry. The other half was airy and kind of saucy but still burned for the most part. We maybe had one slice of the pizza and had to throw the rest out. It was just an awful order. Sadly, it's not the first time we've had a bad order or a burned food item from this location, but I promise you it will be the last. This location simply cannot handle cooking pizza. Good...
