Hardee’s — Restaurant in Rock Hill

Drive thru was very efficient. The employee running the window today has been doing so the last 3 times i have been through there. She is very polite. She is very professional and keeps the drive thru moving, as one should be kept moving! This was all including a smile, snd a correct order!! I was told to come back and have a nice day. I have had a pleasant experience with this Hatdees the last seceral times i have been in this town. I will return again. Its so rare, and frankly, so unfortunate that these days you dont usually have good service at a fast food restaurant anymore! Especially in a drive-thru. Most are so slow in getting customers thru there. When u finally get your order its wrong and /or fries are cold and dumped all into the bag. U cant hardly hear them on intercom and vise-versa. When u get to the window its complete silence except for just the dollar amount said To u. Thats if u are lucky! Most of the time they just stick their hand out for the money. Or they answer when u ask them to repeat the correct amount that u were told on the intercom. Never mind getting a smile!! The drinks have drink all over the sides and bottom of cups. U have to wipe them off with your " 1 " napkin, so u do not have soda all over your car interior and your clothing!! Lol. This iHardees is a nice, clean one to eat in, and the restrooms are always CLEAN as well. If u are passing thru rather quickly next time, " Pull into the drive-thru!! If u want to sit inside and enjoy your meal, the employees inside usually greet u with a smile too!! For a Hatdees-...

No star what so ever ! No customers in the build except for one couple sitting in the corner it took 20 min to get our food ..than when they brought it out two of the burgers where wrong my wife took back and said nicely she would like two more because they were wrong ...the girl took asked what she wanted on them my wife ..my wife replied both hamburgers with just ketchup ..pickles and tomatoes add cheese to one of them ....the girl than comes to the table with another girl and they both asked what she wanted on them my wife replies the exact same thing 2 other times to the girls ..than the girl walks back to our table and my wife writes down the order. They bring one sandwich out and says the other will be a while. The sandwich was wrong and immediately bring the other one which is also wrong. My wife and daughter fixed then the best they could and just ate the food. Then I had to go to the bathroom the men'sroom was disgusting and filthy. Totally disappointed. Never...

Is there a way that the community can get this location employee's removed and replaced with ones that will serve your area with great service. I understand that you need a job but put effort into what you do. Reason 1 this establishment is ALWAYS out of chicken tenders, Reason 2 the communication skills is horrendous. Reason 3 the LACK of customer service to make customers want to come back. If no one comes to this Hardee's NONE OF YOUR EMPLOYEES WILL HAVE A JOB which is the sad part everyone needs to work I know you do or you wouldn't be in there. MANAGERS, DISTRICT MANAGERS, REGIONAL MANAGERS ETC. Take a HARD look at these reviews and ask should we have this many BAD REVIEWS,would you allow your family members to endure this in your neighborhood I don't believe you would changes would have been implemented QUICKLY listen to our demands FIX THIS LOCATION......I WILL NOT RETURN TO THIS LOCATION.This is by far the worst Hardee's that I have been to on...
