Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Rock Hill

I was in the area last night and really wanted Jimmy Johns. I had stop coming to this location because every time I would come the managers Tiffany or Michelle would take so long to either take my order or make my order. Michelle was normally very rude and Tiffany just very lazy and talkative. However last night I decided to take a chance and I'm so happy I did a young lady was in there working alone and still managed to greet me with a smile and get to my food fast JUST HER. I think her name was Kayla. When I asked was she alone she just smiled and said "yes ma'am since 5pm but it's ok I'm fine" I felt bad for her but proud because she honestly handled the business with respect as if it was her own. The restaurant was clean and calm unlike when the other 2 are there where behind the counter is trash on the floor and it just would seem so chaotic. I just wanted to make sure I gave this young lady her flowers she deserves...

I ordered from Jimmy Johns on Main st. last week and they messed up my sandwich. I was given a credit for the same sandwich. so TODAY i called to redeem my credit. i added chips to my order so i knew i had to pay for the chips. Solomon took my order. When i gave him my card number he did not told me my card did not go through and insisted that i paid cash for the chips since it was only a dollar and some change (VERY RUDE). I gave him my card number again and said it went through. HOWEVER, my card was not charged. The delivery guy came and my chips were not in the bag! this cashier lied and said he charged my card and did not. and my sandwich is still not correct! the manager Tiffany did not sound like she cared at all! I will not spend my money...

I stopped here to see if I actually liked there sandwiches because it had been awhile and I never went to this location I've always gone to the herlong location well if I based liking the sandwiches off if this location it was horrible herlong food is way better but honestly speaking I am going to stick with firehouse subs which the food is way better and the bread doesn't taste like it was 1 week old and you have more variety to choose from Jimmy John's apparently has one type of bread and it is nasty so if you'll want a great sub sandwich go to any Firehouse location and you'll see why I say they have the...
