THEY DON'T BRING YOUR FOOD TO THE TABLE Despite what the ordering screen instructions tell you to do. Take one of the number tents to your table and they will bring you your food when it's ready. Somehow you are supposed to figure out that they don't bring it to your table. You have to listen for a number to be called out and go to the counter to get your food. And it's not the number that you took to the table on the little plastic tent.
There were only 4 people eating in the store and 3 cars at drive thru. Been waiting 30 minutes to eat in???? Can't leave. They already got my money. After 34 minutes, I go stand at the counter and have to wait another 5 minutes for an employee to show their face. When I asked did they forget my order. No one brought it to the table. The girl just laughs and says oh we don't bring it to the table like the screen says. She handed me a half hour cold. Just laughed and walked away. It's incredible, but this is what customer service has become everywhere. Young arrogant, rude kids that could care less. Also while waiting, I listen to a woman that walks inside that has been waiting 20 minutes for the rest of her order at the drive thru. She presents them a receipt. The employees just shrug it off as no big deal.. no apologies. No nothing. The woman in frustration ends up just walking away not getting what she...
Read moreVisited around 10 PM for a McFlurry with my husband. Went into the restaurant and waited almost 5 mins for one of the less than enthused employees to slowly walk to the counter to take our order. Larger older AA woman didn't even greet us or anything, just stood there and stared at us blankly. I asked if they had McFlurries, and she said they did as soon as "he fill up the machine". I didn't mind waiting a few so proceeded to order one, but I made an UNREASONABLE request of asking for M&Ms and Oreo in my McFlurry which was met with an eye roll, an "are you serious" look, and an exasperated sigh. I wasn't going to even start anything but my husband spoke up and said "YES, she asked for BOTH" Because, you know, its so hard to add in one extra thing. Finally, I get my horribly time consuming McFlurry, and it wasn't even mixed, it just had the Oreos and M&Ms piled on top of the ice cream. I worked at McDs back in the day, the spoon literally attaches to the mixer and mixes it, but I guess my request for 2 toppings made that too much of a challenge. Maybe you guys should hire some employees who aren't lazy and rude and can manage basic please and thank yous. I'm surprised anyone eats here, I know we...
Read moreThursday December 15th. Make a long story short, I'm at McDonald's, Dave Lyle Boulevard, Rock Hill, SC and I had my order placed and confirmed at 12:25 p.m. for curbside number 3. 25 minutes later I still haven't gotten my order and went inside. Took me 5 more minutes to get my order. Ask for the manager, girl there said I'm the manager but the manager has done gone. She was talking about quitting and walking out to the other employees, wasn't a good site the way she was acting. Asked for receipt for my order, which I never get when I'm doing curbside, wanted a receipt so I could complain and have proof of my ordered using my card used. She could not produce me a receipt so I left. This whole incident caused me to be late getting back to work. It always takes on average of 15 minutes to get your order at curbside at this location, really tired of it. Beginning to think that this app really sucks. Most McDonald's that I go to serve the drive-thru before they serve indoor and especially curbside. If you're not in drive-thru, you've got to painfully wait especially when your time is valuable. More times than others, McDonald's just...
