I had good experiences at this Moe’s a long time ago and it SUCKS now. The service is absolute garbage! We came in for the advertised $5 burrito day a few weeks ago and were charged full price even though we heard an employee tell the customer next to us in line that the burritos were $5. It was super busy so i get that mistakes happen. But we stood in a really long line and then didn’t even get the discount. We put that aside though figuring it might have just been a one time thing and decided we would order online on our drive home and pick it up for dinner tonight around 6:50 4/25/2019. My roommate went inside after the time our orders were supposed to be ready and only one was ready. The girl said “I’m making the other one” but she watched her stand there and basically do nothing until 15 mins later she decided to make the order. We may as well have just stood in line and waited! Also the staff balled up the receipts and threw t away so we don’t have access to the Moe Gotta Know surveys. Very obvious. This is seriously ridiculous, the past 3 times I have been to this location there has been a failure on the staff’s part. Not to mention I have VERY CLEARLY stated that i wanted white meat Mojo chicken (extra cost) and been charged but given dark meat chicken anyway multiple times. I eat Moes weekly just normally not this location. I sent my husband in and the young man taking his order didn't listen to his request and started making my nachos with chips in the bowl instead of on the side my husband immediately corrected him and then he seemed as if my husband was a bother. My husband has never eaten Moes and when he brought my nachos home I was very upset the portion size was 1/3 the amount of any other moes around here. I specifically ordered extra queso was charged for it but for the scoop of single queso order I returned the food to moes and the "manager" informed me she couldn't do refund but could remake it but it wouldn't be any different unless I wanted to pay more money at which time I declined had to wait almost 30 minutes to speak to a DM in order to get a refund. There was literally 3 pieces of chicken and a couple shavings in the bowl that is absolutely ridiculous $15.00 dollars for that small quantity of food. I've never had this problem at any other Moes they differently need retrained on portion sizes and if this is the new expectation of portion size then they need to lower thier cost of the items.
