I love Taco Bell, just not this particular store. I live closer to this location, but would rather wait to go to the location closer to my job on Heckle Blvd. Any time I go to Cherry Rd Taco Bell, my order is usually correct when I get it, but the associates never seem to be happy to be working in food service. The team is genuinely unenthusiastic and sometimes even rude. Please allow me to indulge you on my last two trips to this location: This morning for breakfast, I went through the drive thru. I ordered 4 Mini Skillet Bowls, and 1 medium Baja Blast. I sat at screen for I'd say at least 4 minutes, and had to repeat my drink three times. I didn't really mind much, because working in food retail myself, I know it can be loud with hood fans and whatnot. I get to the window, and waited maybe a minute. She took my card and handed me my drink and card back, then proceeds to ask if I could back up and pull back forward. Then I get my food, there was really no organization in my bag. Today wasn't really a terrible experience, but not the best either. Last time I went, I dined in with my boyfriend and my three year old. Stood in line for about five minutes, ordered, got our food. No problem with the food. While we were about to sit down, a younger associate just walks up to me and very quietly asks me to fill out a survey and "just tell them I was very respectful or whatever," and I really wasn't going to, but she gave my three year old a free slushy. While we were eating, a gentleman whose primary language was Spanish was ordering and I guess he had questions about the menu, to which the associate at the registered asked the MOD to help. The manager was speaking to the man very rudely and the guy just left. I felt really bad for the guy because it definitely could've been handled better, and I didn't come back for a few weeks. Read moreCame through the drive though. Girl that took my order was very friendly. I ordered the number 6 chalupa meal. I asked for my Chalupa’s to be fried crispy because when I get them they are always cold. I worked at Taco Bell for a short period of time but enough to know that Chalupa’s only take take 30 seconds to 60 seconds to make fresh. When I got my bag, the Chalupa’s were ice cold and they were almost white. Definitely not crispy. So I came in wanting my order to be remade. As I was waiting in the dining room to be seen a girl working, the line was being rude to other customers. She then asked me “what you need” I told her I ordered extra crispy Chalupa’s. She told a girl next to her on the line to remake the Chalupa because they weren’t crispy. The girl next to her response with “yes they was crispy”. I feel like it’s extremely rude to basically accuse a customer of lying right in front of them. I then just asked for my refund. I paid with a credit card. The Lady tried to hand me cash. I told her I would like it to be refunded back on my credit card since it is a credit card and I have no use for cash. She snatched my card out my hands went back to the window and did the refund or so she said. She never gave me a receipt for the refund. It's Phenomenal 📣... it makes me laugh, because I frequent this location very often with my husband Bruno. And we love coming here, because they serve us very pleasantly, at the necessary speed.
Time, attention, and patience = result in extraordinary promptness in the Service.
Everything they offer is excellent 📣💕 from service, the kindness of the staff, the harmonious way of making things work, and the well conducted way of operating the customer serving is amused. They have an 👍🏼 accessible parking space as well.
I believe that the new changes in the computerized system and updating, have been a big convenience and time saver for the consumers.
I particularly see the achievement and organization in this location, making a difference in the community of Rock Hill , and being an Role model for many great leaders around.
