I was there on 6-30-18 at about 11pm. There was a little of a line but nothing to when I went through the drive thru I didn’t order anything complicated but they messed up all most the entire order. The fries were caked in salt to the point were you could not eat them (and I like a lot of salt so this was bad). The young man the was handing me my food might as well thrown the bag of food at me and immediately walked away from the window. He did hand my drink ok but instead of giving me the sweet tea I ordered he gave me coke (I think it was some form of a cola) after he confirmed it was a sweet tea I ordered.
The two apple pies I got were horrible! According to the sticker on the side of it they were supposed to be eaten by 1 and 2 o’clock in the afternoon.... I didn’t find out how bad all of this was of course till I got home. By then I was too tired to go back. However the chicken nuggets were one of the better ones that I have tasted at a McDonald’s.
Now I know one of these things can happen every once and awhile especially when they’re busy, but the fact that all of them happen in the same order is why I’m upset. I did try calling the store from home to talk to someone about this. However they are not answering the phone.
If someone from of management would get back to me and explain why this happened. Like they were short staffed or were training a bunch of new people some type of reason I will be happy to change my review. Until then I sadly will not go back as this is not the first time something like this has happened. Which is sad as it is...

So called Manager wait maroon shirt approached me and said while pointing you have to place your order at the "Thing Behind You." (Big Computer Screen). I stated I would like to place order here as it's easier and faster. Rolling eyes with a smirk on maroon shirt face she walked awy while pointing to the a sign by register. Black female stepped up and said order there or you don't get served with major attitude and disrespect with mean intended remarks walking away and cursing much profanity. We. Walked out and will never support this or any of the Rockford area Soooo Called FAMILY- Bucciferro Family McDonald's ever again. Multiple customers upon leaving spoke outside and f the horrible ethics that was allowed with no repercussions etc.
These two need major write ups and dismiss from Franchise. No excuses...
Leadership Reflects All that works along side of a business or group and it seems that there is no Respect for this Business, Business Owner, Employment Position, Fellow Employee or ANY PAYING CUSTOMER.
What could any Representative State that could rectify any of these actions? Say, Sorry! I think not... Sorry, is admitting there is a problemed issue and is pretty much a shrug of one's shoulders and let it keep taking place but I listened to complainant but did nothing to employee.. so, this will only happen again to more customers and repeat.

Read moreThis McDonald's is in a challenging location, making it difficult to get in and out, so they should appreciate every customer who manages to navigate it. Today, I went through the drive-thru and ordered a 10-piece nugget and two medium fries. After pulling onto State Street, I realized they had given me the wrong order. Turning around in a nearby parking lot, I went back through the drive-thru.
When I explained the mistake, they asked for the incorrect order back. I suggested they let me keep it as a courtesy for the inconvenience caused by their error, considering they would likely just throw it away anyway. They brought another staff member to the window, possibly a manager, who insisted they wouldn't provide my correct order unless I returned the bag.
I returned the incorrect order, and they began preparing my original order. However, by then, I was frustrated with how rudely they handled the situation. When the new order was ready, I asked for a refund instead, and they could keep the food. The entire experience was unnecessarily difficult, and the staff lacked basic customer service training.
The drive-thru line was backed up, and with multiple negative reviews, it seems I'm not the only one who's had issues here. I hope the franchise owners take note and provide their team with proper leadership and customer...
