I came to Burger King hoping to “have it my way,” but apparently, “my way” includes grumpy staff, limp fries, and a burger that looked like it was assembled during an earthquake.
Let’s start with the food: the Whopper was a sad, lukewarm mess, complete with soggy lettuce and a bun that looked like it had been personally stomped by the King himself. The fries? More stale than a week-old breadstick, and about as appetizing. Even the soda machine joined in on the disappointment by offering nothing but ice water in a Coke disguise.
But the real letdown? The staff. They weren’t outright rude, but they acted like taking my order was an inconvenience. No smiles, no energy—just the vibes of people who’d rather be anywhere else. The drive-thru speaker sounded like it was from the 1980s, and the communication was so garbled I half expected my order to come out as a taco.
To make things worse, the dining area wasn’t much better. Sticky tables, overflowing trash cans, and a general air of “we stopped caring a while ago.”
All in all, Burger King gets a 2 out of 5. If the staff could muster even a little friendliness and the food wasn’t a disaster, this could’ve been salvageable. Until then, I’ll be crowning a different fast-food joint...

Look at reviews, horrible. Drive through young girl bee nice, but received one of my sandwiches not cooked.(pics below) I wanted to get breakfast for my drive on the highway and was given a croissant with bacon and cheese and that’s one of the things I ordered that was not cooked at all. Receiving croissant cold, bacon cold and cold cheese not melted at all. Not even partial warm at all.
While driving on the highway I called the Big Box sad location Burger King and spoke the overly lack of speaking English Latina female after 4 phone calls because no one would answer the phone. I made every attempt to explain what I was given and she could not comprehend I was given a cold sandwich. She kept stating its fresh. I responded fresh cold from refrigerator.
Didn’t achieve anything and waisted my time and money. No manager on duty and no leadership. Leadership reflects its people and apparently there is no true training, work ethic and Burger King Values.
Just look at your reviews Management, do you really feel you are achieving your job to the fullest to be the best? So, sad as major change...
Read moreSo I went through the drive-threw and the young lady who took my order, Cindy (not sure if that's how she actually spells it) was very nice and professional. She asked me to pull forward because they were making fresh fries. When she came out to deliver my meal and the vehicles' meal next to me she had a trainee with her. The manager however, Very rudely screamed at poor Cindy from the door "You don't need two people out there". I'm not sure why these managers think they can verbally abuse their employees like this but that just didn't sit right with me. If you were the PM manager on 4/12 around 6pm and you see this, Shame On You. That was uncalled for and extremely unprofessional to do..and to also do it in front of customers.
I worked in retail for 9 years, 5 of it as a manager and NEVER yelled at my staff or treated them like that. It's just uncalled for and anything disciplinary should be behind closed doors between the manager and that employee only.
My food was good, I just felt so bad for Cindy, her trainee and the staff who have to...
