This Culvers restaurant does not offer dine-in eating. They do not even allow you to sit outside at their outdoor tables. Why? I am guessing it is because they are making more money by not opening up. They dont want to serve their customers who want to eat inside or even outside. Why? Not because the government is keeping them from doing so. Its because the can make more money, with less staff, by focusing only on drive through and carry out. I like their food, but will stop going there and go to other restaurants that actually want to fully serve their customers... like Beef a Roo and others. Read moreI ordered food for me and my kids. Got home and didn't see my food, only my kids' food was in the bag. I called and told them that I was missing my food. The manager apologized and told me to come back and that she would bring my food out with a coupon. I wasn't happy to go back anyway because who loves wasting her gas. I went back, and the lady that brought my food told me there was an extra ranch. I didn't understand why I needed an extra ranch, but I just said thanks anyway. I was going to ask what about the coupon? But then I thought that was tacky so I didn't ask. I just figured it would be in the bag. I checked when I got home and there was no coupon. They didn't only mess up my order but wasted my gas and still lied about the coupon. I will not go there again....
Read moreI was very disappointed with my experience, I try not to criticize, since I work at different Culvers location, because I know how it's like to work during rush hour. But you have to be better, when I received my burger the box that the burger was in was open. Because of that my burger dropped to the floor. Set people, please make sure that all boxes are closed when putting orders together. Kitchen people stay focused on the orders, it's super easy to get behind and go crazy, just because of the amount that has showed up on the order screen. Front people make sure to keep busy, and run those orders out as fast as possible, I saw a lot of just dollying around.
