Good service, good food, great online ordering system. My Previous Review (3 stars) ... since my prev review of the place, i tried my luck here now a few times since the bad experience and its getting better in terms of the food. now they dont have online ordering system. they had it before but after the company modified their website they have not part of it.. i see lot of locations now not participating, it cld be a rollout not sure.. Read moreI went here with my friends a few weeks ago, and I'm finally getting to this review. One of my friends and I got our food in a timely manner after ordering from the kiosk, and this really nice lady took our cash and gave us our cups. But my other friend who finished his order minutes after me waited 45 MINUTES to get his food. He also paid and got his cup minutes after me. But had to wait way too long to get his food, and after about 20 minutes we asked a worker how long until he would get his food. And the worker in the worst attitude asked us back was your name called, and we said no. So then he said I gUeSs YoU wIlL hAvE tO wAiT, in the rudest attitude possible. We waited until 45 minutes, and finally the nice lady from before got his order done in less than 2 minutes.
