I’m never ordering from this papa John’s Ever again . The customer service, was super disrespectful, and unprofessional. I spent 20$ on pizza and Pepsi . They came “supposedly” but I never heard one knock or the doorbell. We called back and asked if anything was wrong, because we had been waiting already for 2 hours. They said it was “our fault “ that we gave them the wrong number. But the employee (Ashley) correctly repeated our number back to us. We said we are sorry for the hassle and that we never complain. So they brought us our pizza, but messed up the order. We are super frustrated, our pizza is cold and with no soda. We called back about the soda. We were told by the employee (Ashley ) that’s she can not handle us, Then transferred to a “manager” that suspiciously sounded like the employee that we was currently on the phone with . Then told us it was all “our fault” and “we messed up” then rudely hung up the phone when I was speaking respectfully . With all respect your employees are not trained well or professional. This is their job. And if they can’t “handle us” then they don’t belong working at all. We are just three teens tired and hungry from babysitting and all we asked for was a pizza and a Pepsi. And the same respect that adults do. We should be treated the same as all the other customers do. If anything we were handling the whole situation more mature and way more respectful then the employees did. We are soo disappointed, and all this is just a waste of time and money. I hope...

I pride myself in being a positive local guide. This Papa John’s has consistently messed up my pizza and their general manager who runs that store is extremely rude and argumentative. I ordered a Large Hawaiian and they messed up my order but promised me a quality guarantee pizza. I called in to redeem it and specified my order was to be a Hawaiian pizza and they sent me a Medium half pepperoni and cheese. I let them know that they sent the wrong pizza and the gentleman said there would be a credit for the large Hawaiian under my profile. I called again to get my correct pizza and the lady was kind and assured me she would make the pizza and have it delivered. I shortly thereafter got a call from the extremely rude general manager who told me that I personally ordered the wrong pizza and spent five minutes arguing with me about something their manager had promised me. She then proceeded to tell me that I am a flagged customer who often gets free pizza which first of all I only let them know when they mess up, which is often. I am a longstanding loyal customer to Papa John’s but quite frankly I don’t understand why I’m the problem when they consistently forget to make my pizzas well done or deliver the right orders. Read moreDon't go when they're busy! On Friday 2/14 (Valentine's Day) i placed my order online at about 620pm and was given an eta of 36min. I got there right around 7pm - they were understandably busy and i was told my order was going in momentarily and would be ready in 20-25 min. I understood and patiently went back to my vehicle to wait with my kids. 730pm i pop back in, figuring it'd be ready by now and the girl tells me once again my order was going in momentarily and would be another 20-25. I reminded her she told me that a half hour ago, she was no help other than eventually offering to cancel and refund my order (which i opted for because i wasn't waiting til after 8pm now to feed my kids) and took my name and number saying someone would call to speak with me about my complaint- it's now Tuesday and no one has yet reached out to me. When they've oops before they've had my order corrected rather quickly.
