It is such an unpleasant experience when the some staff members are literally SO LOUD that you can hear them yelling over the music in the shop and music in my headphones. It makes trying to get anything done impossible. Why are you so loud? I'm just trying to understanding how this is supposed to be a café for coffee, work, and chit chat when you can't hear what your neighbor is saying because the some staff are obnoxiously loud, literally screaming. Read moreI have been going to Starbucks for years across different states ordering the exact same thing every time; grande vanilla sweet cream cold brew in a venti cup size so I can add extra sweet cream. The Starbucks barista guy told me I would have to buy a venti in order to get the extra sweet cream I asked for, after I had already ordered and paid for my drink, which I have ordered a million times before with no issues.
