The manager flat out told me that the drive thru gets priority, it is Dunkin Donuts policy, then mobile orders, and lastly the people who walk in who are standing right in front of them. So, while she took a personal phone call, she left us standing there. The service to people inside isn't timed, so they simply don't care. Then I had to wait for her to go out into the lobby to get her cell phone charger before she would see that my food was made. I was left standing there a ridiculous and excessive amount of time. And because I had already purchased a bottled drink, and was standing there waiting so long, they asked two more times to ring me up even though I had paid long before. Great way to make a customer with a $58.00 purchase feel valued, not. The one who disappeared for awhile didn't notice because she was on her phone, although we could see her. There were three women there, two ornery ones and one sweet, brow beaten 3rd girl who they treated terribly. My guess us that 3rd girl won't last long.They have cameras to verify this but the franchise owner simply doesn't care and Dunkin corporate couldn't give a crap. When they put the ad in the paper for employees the requirement must be for the potential candidate to be extremely rude. I went there to buy a requested gift card but NEVER again. And, by the way, any gas station has better service and equal coffee. Dunkin Donuts gets less than a D-. FFFFail!

Read moreI hate to pile on...but...everyone is right. From the first day it opened...20+ minute wait in drive thru. Every time I go. I literally have time to go to the Belfast Dunkin' Donuts and back home again instead of driving to this much closer one and waiting for so long. The Belfast Dunkin is 1 million times busier...they could have the longest drive thru line in the world, and you will be out in FIVE minutes. It is a beautifully orchestrated machine. I've actually seen a guy in Belfast out in the rain holding an iPad taking people's orders who were stuck at the back of the line so that the whole line would go through faster. THAT'S service. I really truly believe that there is literally no manager at the Rockport Dunkin's and that there's just young kids on their cell phones clueless as to how to do an actual job. Come on kids, don't you play donut shop simulator on Roblox?...
