BoBaPoP Tea Bar-Rockville — Restaurant in Rockville

I absolutely love BoBaPoP. I actually worked at the OG location in Gaithersburg back when it first opened in 2018. The vibes and especially the service at that location is on point. This location though? It's uhh... very lackluster. And that's me being generous. The cleanliness, drink quality, service, and overall vibe are just not it. It's so sad compared to the Gburg location 😭

Service is pretty much nonexistent. I have never heard a hello or welcome from any of the staff. I don't expect it when it's busy, but I've come here at every hour including when it's super slow. I'm always greeted with.. well, absolutely nothing. And when I go pick up my drink, they run away so quickly lmao like where are you going bruh?! I'm over here saying thank you to the air 😶 It's always either that or they say nothing.

The drinks themselves are good, though the quality can be a hit or miss sometimes. I guess it depends on who makes them. Some staff are also extra slow with making them.

Lastly I wanna talk about how disgustingly dirty this place can be sometimes. Customers can be so gross 😵 But hey it's also the staff's responsibility to keep the seats and tables clean for other customers. It's understandable when it's busy but I went when it was slow one time and the staff were just on their phones instead of cleaning a very obviously dirty table. Sad.

I wish the Gburg location opens later for my late night boba cravings but when they're open, I will always go there instead of this sad...

This is my first time coming to this boba place. My first impression was that the atmosphere was nice. The space has a cozy feeling. They offer a good selection of drinks and toppings to choose from. The lady who took my order was super nice and friendly. Since it was my first time here, I asked for any recommendations. I opted for the slush recommendation which was the Dragon Colada Slush. It was delicious!! The flavor of the pina colada and dragon fruit mixed together was delicious. It was super refreshing and not the mention the cup is super cute. The slush was just the right consistency with no chunks of ice. I paid a little over $6 for a medium slush. Their price seems to range from $4-7. They offer free wifi as well for those who are looking for a place to study or somewhere to relax for a while. I will definitely be coming back to try more of...

One of the best places to enjoy bubble tea is here in Rockville town centre . They are specialize in creating this delicious drink and offer a wide range of flavors and toppings for customers to choose from. As soon as I walked into the shop, I was greeted with a cheerful and welcoming atmosphere. The creative balck and white decorations on the walls created a fun and energetic vibe. The staff behind the counter were friendly and eager to help me navigate the menu, which featured an extensive selection of bubble tea flavors, milk teas, and fruit teas. I got my favourite milk tea series of honey dew melon and vanilla . Both are very delicious and highly recommended from this place . Am sure am Gona...
