I rarely give “bad” reviews, but I lowkey force fed myself half my Cava bowl just now 🙃 I want to give them a higher rating but I sadly can’t. I admit, this past January, when I ordered (via app) pickup for 11am (when they open), that was a little obnoxious of me, but I wouldn’t have minded waiting & one could argue it’s similar to going inside to order right when they open (which is annoying, I admit, I’ve worked in food service before). However, I realized when I got home that my chicken bowl had no meat in it. I figured it could’ve been a mistake - especially if mine was literally the first order of the day (I.E. I thought “maybe the chicken wasn’t ready so they forgot”, etc., giving benefit of the doubt). Or it could’ve been out of spite. But, I let it go. I considered calling them to just let them know (to be clear: not to ask for a refund or anything bc I felt “extra” or dramatic if I were to do so & mistakes happen). Fast forward to earlier this evening: I ordered a bowl (I’d honestly forgotten about the January incident 😭) during dinner rush. It was silly of me to actually expect the food to be ready in 10 minutes (as the app said). But again, I didn’t mind waiting the extra 10-15 minutes, and it was a nice day during rush hour! Therefore, of course it was slightly busy. However, I get home, open my bowl to enjoy a what I thought would be a delicious meal, and realized there was lamb or some other meat (along w/ chicken) in my chicken bowl. It tasted weird overall honestly & then there was a large random pink radish(??) or pink-vegetable-stalk-looking thing as well. I genuinely don’t know what it was. (Pictured) It’s not an ingredient on the menu and I honestly feel dumb for not knowing what it is? But, like !? Also, I hate wasting food and often eat past fullness to avoid throwing away. But I threw away half my bowl (tonight), the mystery meat (pictured) (maybe lamb? It tasted game-y, not sure). and the mystery pink thing. I know there are WAY more important issues in the world than two wrong food orders & this is a first world problem. But still, both ofc were paid for. I wished I got what I ordered & I think that’s a fair expectation. I remember going to this CAVA when it first opened and had really great experiences with their food in the past but the last two times have been disappointing. A lot of chains are like this these days (esp in a post-Covid/post-peak Covid world). Guess this is what I get for not seeking out a smaller business for tonight’s dinner

I've been a regular at my local Cava Grill for months now, and every visit is a delight. The Mediterranean-inspired cuisine is always fresh, flavorful, and customizable to my liking. But what truly sets this location apart is the exceptional service provided by Paco. From the moment I walk in, Paco greets me with a warm smile and a friendly hello. His enthusiasm is contagious, and his knowledge of the menu is impressive. He's always happy to offer suggestions or answer any questions I may have. Paco's attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction are truly commendable. Thanks to Paco and the rest of the friendly staff, my visits to Cava Grill are always a positive experience. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for a delicious and satisfying meal in a welcoming atmosphere.

I've gotten consistently bad service at this location the last 3 times I visited this location. Yesterday I placed an order for pick up at 430, but because something came up at work I was unable to arrive to pick up my order until 6pm. When I arrived, someone had taken my order. The staff looked at me like I was lying then asked me why I took so long to pick up my order. What the f*^& does it matter?! I had to explain that I am on call at work and couldn't make it at the original time of pick up. I was looking for a refund or my order. They grumpily made my order and gave me the smallest portions possible. Terrible! Last time visiting and you can thank the staff at this location. Chopt serves better portions!

I visit Cava frequently, as does my family, and it's always a good experience. The first thing that stands out is how clean the restaurant always is — easy to overlook but definitely a big plus. The staff is always friendly and seems to genuinely enjoy working together, which helps create a welcoming and positive atmosphere for guests (in my case and my family's).

While I usually stick to my regular order, today Paco encouraged me to try something new, and I'm glad I did! He was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, not only about the menu but also about the Cava app, which I just recently downloaded. Even though I’ve been a loyal customer for a while, I’m new to the app and am excited to explore the perks and features Paco mentioned.

There was a moment of teamwork that I felt deserved an honorable mention: I wanted to order two bags of chips, but there was only one left. I asked if they had more coming, and just as Paco was about to check, another staff member, who must have overheard, was already prepared with the freshly made chips. She smoothly placed them in the bag Paco had just opened, making the process quick and seamless. It was a small but impressive interaction, and of course my family and I were thrilled to enjoy the fresh chips!

From Paco’s excellent service to the overall friendly and efficient staff, this location consistently delivers from start to finish. Looking forward to...

New Manager has a terrible customer service skills she doesn’t know how to speak to customers, I believe her name is Victoria . She has a zero people skills she doesn’t know how to speak to customers and her employees. She treat her employees bad in front of the costumer, which is very unprofessional, u keep internal issues when there is no costumer in the store. if you guys want to have more customers you guys better provide some re-training for her or find a replacement for her. All my co-workers stop going to cava for lunch they complain about the quantity of the food they are getting for the money they pay.

Rude manager ,Rude staff no attention to detail and the feeling of i should have went to another Restaurant smacks you in the face when you walk in I have come often to see the supervisors and they all abuse authority I talked to the employees and everyone is unhappy take care of your employees and they will take care of your business they give them very few hours and they treat them very badly they complain about cipriano who abuses his mauthority because he is a friend of all the bosses they are hiring new people and they give them many hours and the old ones don't give them more than 30 Only friends and who have preferences work more...
