Firehouse Subs Upper Rock — Restaurant in Rockville

I usually go to the Germantown location but today found out this location has just recently opened. I called ahead to place my order and was told it would be ready in 5-6 min. I was there in 10min, paid and waited for 20 min. I was told my food was give to a customer that walked in at the same time as I did to pick up her order but got mines instead. So I had to wait for her to come back with my food and once she did the manager said sorry and handed me my food. Not only was my Sub and Chilli bowl cold by the time I got home but I didn’t get the extra pickle I paid for and not even the one it already come wasn’t there, what was the point of calling ahead to avoid the wait? Also where does it take 30min to get a Sub? I blame the management, the manager did nothing to explain and barley apologized! I really enjoy Fire house subs but I’ll have to travel to Germantown from now on since this repution has previous complaints on the management...

Best sub place closest to my home and work! The staff consistently treat me well always hitting the spot in preparation and quality of food. That smoked beef brisket and cheddar barbecue sub is undeniably my favorite sub I've ever had and if that's not up your alley trust me the other subs and sandwiches are perfect! Last time I was in there I went with my usual with the brisket and inquired about another sandwich or sub and sure enough my man hooks me up for free with a good sized sandwich instead of the whole sub but still at least a ten dollar sandwich and it was amazing! I don't know of many businesses that treat customers so kindly. Oh and their barbecue & hot sauces are made and bottled for purchase in the store and taste great. Around 5pm yesterday I was walking (while pushing my mom in a wheelchair!) to the Mom's organic store. Usually it's very calm and drivers are careful bc it's a residential area. When we were walking at the cross walk a driver came speeding up, didn't even look like he would stop at the STOP SIGN. My mom and I waved our hands to get his attention and he laughed as if reckless driving and almost potentially hitting us was funny. He was driving in the Firehouse subs delivery car so this was your employee. I'm shocked that he would act like that at all but especially in a company car. I'm still pretty new to the area but now I know I will not ever take my business to this Firehouse subs location. If that's the type of employee you're hiring, I imagine the service is trash. I had to let you know before this man causes injury to any pedestrians or harms another driver...
