Hot Pot — Restaurant in Rockville

I’ve been waiting for it to be open for a while. Now they are soft opening! I went in with a friend and we were greeted immediately by the friendly staff. Very clean and spacious inside, and each table has a bottle of hand sanitizer (thumbs up). The food was amazing and it’s probably the most authentic Chinese food restaurant you can find in the DMV. Not only do they have many inclusive signature dishes, but also beautiful interior decorations. I can see myself eating there every week, I’m just so tired of all other average and old school Chinese restaurants offering pretty much the same...

After a bad experience, a friend recommended me to try again. We also saw good comments from other customers on google. Okay, to be fair, we went to order a pick up again with other dishes. Still, good services, bad taste of food, relatively high price. Considering unfriend the friend.

Cons: Food taste not good -- 脆鱼煲，酱香田鸡，葱香飞饼 Unreasonable price

Because of the most important factor -- bad food, I would say this famous restaurant in a new location is quite disappointing.

We arrived a little before closing time but they accommodated us. We have tried a couple of their other other locations so we had an idea of what to expect.
