Taco City — Restaurant in Rockwall

Not a place that I would go back to. Was charged $49 for 8 tacos. It was the error of the employee working at the register. When he printed the receipt he looked at it like he was second guessing it, and then just handed it to us and went on to take care of the next customer. I then looked at my receipt and saw that he over charged us. I then went back up to the counter to tell him that he over charged us by $20. He said "yea I saw that, but some of the tacos you ordered cost $1 more". I then said ,no where on your menu does it say that it's $1 more for certain tacos. His response was that they are in the process of updated their menus, but either way it still didn't make sense that he charged us $49 for 8 tacos. He then continued to tell us that the error was because we were just throwing our order out at him. So I guess now it's our fault? He never once apologized for his error, which I thought that was horrible customer service. I honestly was so close to just leaving without the tacos,but then realized that he still needed to figure out how to reimburse me for the over payment, which that took a while.
