I cannot say enough great things about my experience at James Avery! My significant other and I came in to look at engagement rings, and from the moment we walked in, Nicole made us feel completely welcome. She went above and beyond—she cleaned the rings we were already wearing, sized both of us, and took the time to show us over 30 different options. She didn’t rush us or pressure us in any way, and she even shared her own love story, which made the experience feel that much more personal.

One of the things I really appreciated was how knowledgeable she was. She explained their lifetime care plans, showed us how to properly care for the rings, and even introduced us to their handmade wooden boxes that come with purchases of $850 or more. The level of detail and service she provided was top-notch.

The only thing they don’t have is pure black rings, but let me tell you—these prices are unbelievably reasonable. Honestly, when Nicole told me the prices, I thought it had to be a scam! For the level of craftsmanship and service, it’s truly a great value.

I’ve been to this location to get a cross for my husband and the lady who helped was AMAZING!

Today I went to get a few of my rings cleaned and a necklace. Three of the rings I got in high school so they no longer fit . When I brought my husband’s cross the lady told me they could resize or I could 50% and use it to something else. But the lady who helped me today norma was rude ! At one point she had to get help from I believe the manager Lindsey exchanging them for bigger sizes just to find out I had to pay to get the same ring again!! And when I said nvm I’ll keep them Lindsey said at least the cleaning was free and at that point I was upset that no one told me I had to pay again for a ring I already bought so I told her I no longer wanted them cleaned and left . I came here with my boyfriend and was treated horribly. I’m latina and my boyfriend is white. When I came in alone I got a weird sense that they didn’t want me there also the employee rolled their eyes at me and gave me a horrible snarky attitude,but as soon as my boyfriend came in he was treated like a star. He never got the attitude or got rolling eyes from employees there but I just don’t understand why treat people differently.Funny thing is my boyfriend noticed how uncomfortable I was and said lets go to Pandora or Kendra scott because they clearly treat you better in front of the employee.
