Plaza at Rockwall — Local services in Rockwall

There are multiple newish stores in this newer shopping center on the 30 East service road. The stores located in this area, to name a few, are Home Goods, Joanne's Craft, and Five Below. There are also restaurants located within, including Firehouse Subs, Freebirds Burritos, and an awesome Sushi Restaurant Edo Japan, which has an awesome Happy Hour menu. There is also an Olive Garden located near the 30 East access. There is plenty of parking in this shopping center with handicapped parking. However, parking is a major problem over by restaurants. It truly needs improvement. There is also access to this shopping complex off of South Goliad by the Zips carwash. There are many shopping options...

I love Rockwall. I'm usually the person who posts reviews and mention racism or discrimination, but I have none of that to say about the stores in this area or the people. I've been shopping here for about a few years now and this strip mall stays packed, but not annoyingly packed. It's so much to do here, even go water skiing, you can't go wrong. Customer service needs improvement. I asked an employee that was clearly available in terms of not presently helping another customer about the location of a product. I was waved in a general area of where it "could" be... I couldn't find it. So, I show a picture of the requested product to another employee appearing to be "available" and was waved to another area of the store. I left frustrated after looking for something I couldn't find, but it probably would have taken someone that's familiar with the store a short amount of...
