Belk — Local services in Rockwall

This is the 3rd time I have posted this and they have taken it down. I will continue to check back and repost. As a working woman of this terrible economy I splurged to finally get me a Louis Vitton purse from Belk. They just had a sign vintage purses. I looked at the one I wanted and told them I was going to think about it because that is an investment as far as I’m concerned 1057.00. I went back after 45 min and old the lady I wanted to purchase the purse. NO SIGNS SAYIING NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES. AFTER I purchased it it said on receipt no refunds or exchanges. AFTER THE FACT. I literally didn’t even get my statement and the straps broke. I was walking in TJMX and the purse fell off my arm onto the floor. I was flabbergasted I just (in less than 1 month ago paid 1057.00 for this purse. I immediately called customer service and the lady said more or less TOO BAD SHE was VERY RUDE. I told her I would get a lawyer and she said for me to just do that and she hung up. PLEASE DONT be a victim of this scam Belk has going on. I will NEVER shop here again. PLEASE...

First and last time visiting the store yesterday. There was a very rude associate working checkout that let me wait at her register while she was ringing up a customer and then decided in the middle of that transaction to tell me that there “was only one line” and point me in the direction of another customer who had walked up to wait at the other register on the opposite side of the checkout area at the same time that I had walked up. There was no “line” - no signage anywhere, no line roped off, no arrows on the floor.

I decided not to purchase and left the store, I am not spending my money where I’m not treated decently and as empty as the store was, you’d think they would actually want sales.

If I could give more stars to this location, I most definitely would. Everyone is very helpful and very kind at this location. However, there is one person that I want to give a special shout out to you. His name is David, he works over in the fragrance department. A few days ago I went shopping there right before closing. It was the only time I really had to do any type of shopping with my busy schedule. David saw me in fragrance a little lost on what I was looking for. Now mind you it’s almost closing time. This man was very willing to help, kind, and patient with me. I was looking for a certain scent for my mother. He went out of his way to help me find the perfect fragrance.
