The food isn’t all that bad but I will say that the service is ridiculously slow for the amount of people they have in the kitchen. I would also like to add that when I went a couple days ago and I ordered the cinnamon sugar pretzel bites. I ordered one regular cup and one small cup when they gave me both cups they were not All the way full they gave me half of both cups and then the lady said oh well sorry we’re on a shortage. Well, if you’re on a shortage, the least you could do is offer me something else or refund me my money back. I just think for a place that is known to be popular. I arrived at 4:52pm to see the place packed; which is typical for a new place in the area so I had already expected my order to not be completed. Place is very small with little room. I did not receive my mobile order which was placed at 4:17pm until 5:19pm. I also had order 2 Pretzel dogs which were burned to a char, fully blackened. This was completely unacceptable and should not have been served. I also ordered 6 dipping sauces, and they gave me the wrong ones! And were missing one! When I arrived to pick up an order, the staff were working very slowly and completely ignored me for about 20 minutes.
