New place on Sheridan, I think it replaced Crazy Greek Station which is good because the food was not that good. This is a new Halal chicken and burger spot. Typical burgers, fries, mozz sticks and chicken tenders spot.

The location is a bit small, but good if you need a quick bite to eat. The dining area needed to be cleaned by I could tell they were short staffed and didn’t have time to clean so I did it myself. The man who took my order might be the owner, very nice guy but his English was not the best so I felt as he didn’t understand me when I asked for a single smash burger instead of a double. But I let it go because it wasn’t that big of a deal.

The food itself is pretty decent. I got the smashburger add beef bacon, lettuce and tomato and the dipping sauce. Honestly, I should have only added bacon because the lettuce and tomato + the sauce made the burger way too wet and hard to eat. Next time I will just order it as it comes.

The fries were good, they don’t use battered fries which is a plus! I really hate this new trend of battered fries. The mozz sticks were also good. A bit cold when I got them, but again, I looked past it because they were very busy.

Overall, pretty solid. My one complaint is the food is expensive. A burger, fries and mozz sticks should not be $28. Even in today’s economy...

Drippin' Bites was IMPRESSIVE. For a fast casual burger joint, I was pleasantly surprised. Been wanting to try it since they opened up in my neighbourhood a few weeks ago, and I will continue to highly recommend them to locals and visitors.

Smash burger: 20/10 Fries: 12/10 (20/10 for those drippin' fries) Chicken fingers: 10/10

Everything, from food to service, was perfect or better. With other delightful burger spots in the Rogers Park and Andersonville area (Bop n Grill, SALT, Little Bad Wolf), Drippin' Bites is the perfect addition to set the far-north Chicago/far-east Rogers Park area a step above of the (friendly) competition. I will be returning frequently, and dragging people with me each time.

And yes, as per the photo, I ATE all...

Great quality and quantity of food for the price. I got the smoked burger and it was great. Not too greasy, flavorful with BEEF BACON (so great options for non-pork eaters). You can choose between classic and Cajun seasoned fries. They don't do fountain drinks, they do cans and bottles (which I prefer). I was one of the first 50 customers and the cashier asked everyone who ordered if they'd like a dessert. Love that they offered that. Tiramisu was tasty and my husband loved the strawberry cheesecake. Music set a good vibe everyone was bobbing their heads and chatting. Excited to become a regular at this spot! Next time I'll try their loaded fries and maybe their vegan chicken (out...

Their chicken pesto parm sandwich looks absolutely beautiful, with a ton of melted cheese and pesto on a super soft bun. But they skimped on the chicken on my sandwich. Only two large chicken nugget size pieces, leaving some bites with just bread, cheese, and pesto. It still tastes good, I just expect a bit more for the price. I also got their tiramisu cake and it's not quite what I expected either. Looks like regular white cake on the bottom, with a cream and then a chocolate mousse. Not really any espresso flavor that I can tell. I think we need more restaurant options in this area of the city, so I hope to come back and see how they improve in the coming months!
