Today I went to this restaurant with my family on the last night of Ramadan. When we entered and told them we were fasting, they brought out water bottles that we thought were complimentary, that we didn’t order but we got charged for. We tried their Mutton Saji 3.5lbs which was $40 per pound and took 1 hour to come out. Only for it to be cold and partially undercooked. We also ordered the Churga which was way too salty. The food was cold, and definitely not the $220 price they charged us for just 2 dishes. The staff was not friendly at all, when we confronted about the food quality, they didn’t take off anything or give us a discount for not liking the quality of their food and told us it was our fault for eating it. Mind you we had been fasting all day and had to wait an additional 1 hour to get our food. We couldn’t wait any longer so we ate it and they didn’t even try to be nice and understanding of our complaints. If you like Pakistani food, this restaurant should not be the choice for you. Go anywhere but here. Highly disappointed with service, and food quality. Don’t waste your...

Not worth it

Went to Quetta sajji house after hearing great things being said about it

We ordered both karahis, the kabuli paluo and the mutton sajji

The karahis were both alright and middle of the line, it wasn't as good as what you would normally get at Devon but wasnt neccasarily bad.

The pulao was worse than expected, the only decent part was the meat, the rice felt old and stale and full of black pepper, it came with little to no raisens and had very limited meat.

The sajji was the worst, completely burnt on the outside with only the meat near the bone not tasting like charcoal, And here's the best part, they charge 40.99 per lb and the dish is a 4lb dish with at least half being bone, a complete scam, we didn't even notice the "per lb" written in small text near the price, they charged us an almost $50 gratuity when the service wasn't good, there were no waiters, and the decor and seating looked like a fast food restaurant.

Wouldn't go...

"I had the pleasure of dining at [Restaurant Name] last night, and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience! The ambiance was cozy and intimate, with dim lighting and comfortable seating.

But the real star of the show was the food. We started with the [Appetizer], which was cooked to perfection and bursting with flavor. For my main course, I opted for the [Entree], which was tender, juicy, and expertly seasoned. The portion sizes were generous, and the presentation was stunning.

The service was top-notch, with friendly and attentive waitstaff who ensured our glasses were always full and our plates were never empty.

Overall, I highly recommend [Restaurant Name] to anyone seeking a exceptional dining experience. The combination of delicious food, cozy atmosphere, and outstanding service makes it a must-visit destination.

Highlights:

Delicious food with generous portion sizes Cozy and intimate ambiance Exceptional...

I had big anticipations about this place, really disappointed in the food. We ordered Chicken Sajji and Lahori Charga. At first the Sajji came with almost uncooked rice with it. The Charga was still doable. Both of the Chicken items were blend, very dry. The naan was very hard. The only reason I am doing two stars and not one star is because the server brought proper cooked rice on the house in replacement. I have put the pictures of cooked vs uncooked rice. The main server was very pushy, they were trying to sell. I understand thats how sales work but not restaurant and then when he came to us and we told him how the Chicken was dry, they were like this is Pakistani food, Pakistani Charga and Pakistani Sajji is very dry. I think he thought we were Indian, I have had proper Pakistani Sajji in Karachi on the Hyderabad Highway and Hasan Square. Needs better management and taste needs to improve for it to be authentic.

I recently visited Quetta Sajji House with my friends, and we had an absolutely wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel welcome with their warm hospitality and attentive service. The food was the highlight of the evening, we tried Mutton Sajji and Mutton Charsi Karahi, and both dishes were bursting with authentic flavors. The meat was tender and perfectly cooked, with just the right balance of spices. To top it all off, Mint Lemonade was refreshing and complemented the meal perfectly. Highly recommend this place for anyone craving delicious, traditional flavors and a friendly atmosphere. We'll definitely be coming back soon!!

I recently dined at this restaurant, and I must say, it was a fantastic experience. The food was simply outstanding. I tried the Sajji and Paaye, and both dishes were absolutely incredible. The Paaye, in particular, stood out as the best I’ve ever had, rich, flavorful, and perfectly cooked. The customer service was equally impressive. I’ll definitely be returning soon!
