I've never seen this much rude behavior even in India!

I ordered on the phone and they said pickup order in 30 mins but when I arrived at the restaurant after 40 mins of ordering, they said it would take another 10-15 mins and I said okay without saying anything and said add a small fries with that order (which it took ~5 mins max in 10+ restaurants I've been in).

20 mins past still said preparing your order. I asked is it because of the fries and they said no, it's taking time for Mandi. I sat there in hot restaurant.

20 mins past, I asked again they said "we're making the Mandi full juicy, that's delaying the order." I said okay and waited.

15 mins past and I out of patience I was roaming back and forth from the counter to the tables. Then the cleaning guy rudely said "Please sit down, we'll call you when it's ready."

I said it's been 30+ minutes after I arrived.

He said "You can cancel the order and leave, don't be an obstacle when I am cleaning."

He could have said politely but no, I should have been rude to them but I didn't. This is the response I get when the restaurant messed up order?!

Finally after another 10 mins of waiting they gave me my order.

Chicken was badly burned, bitter taste at burns. Fries were soft not crispy.

2 star is just for authentic South Indian tasty rice and the Juicy Mandi otherwise...

APPALLING EXPERIENCE

Went to try their Mandi and Rotisserie chicken today with a friend. We called this restaurant in advance and got there by 5:45 pm as they suggested food would be ready by 5. No, it wasn’t . We were told to wait for another 45mins but we only got one of our orders (Rotisserie chicken with rice) after over an hour.

Food Review - Tiny portions drenched in oil. Wouldn’t even feed a single person for the price.

And the second dish did not make it to us even after waiting for an hour and half. As soon as the food was ready, it was served to other customers that just got there and we were ignored. Humiliating experience.

And while we were waiting one of their staff was sweeping the floor, he knocked our chairs with the broom and swept over our shoes. Wouldn’t give an eye contact or apologize for that. Very rude and arrogant.

When it comes to ambiance, the tables weren’t clean, air conditioning was bad. You could never pay me enough to go back to this place.

I don’t know why run a business when you can’t respect your customers or serve them for their money.

There are so many better restaurants on the street, better...
