Cicis Pizza — Restaurant in Rogers

I have been to Cicis in Fayeteville and was really excited when a new location was opened in Rogers. Unfortunately the pizza at the buffet had been in the sun longer than Kim Kardashian and tasted like my flip flop. So after choking down some food with an insane amount of soda, my kid wants to go to the arcade and shoot some dinosaurs. I'm like, "sure why not. It's family day." So before we go into the arcade, we let the bus boy know(so he doesn't throw our drinks away.) We go in only to find that the token machine was broken, even the machines that excepted cash weren't working. So we accept the sad reality that we weren't hunting dinosaurs and made our way to the front. While we were leaving we mentioned it to the staff.(We assumed no one knew because there were no signs indicating the machines were broken.) The dude at the counter just said "yeah we know." To which I said, "Maybe it would have been nice for us to know.. especially considering we told you we were going to the arcade.".. the guy looked me right in my eyeballs and just...

Our family has been there twice in n the last few months and both times we’ve left hungry and disappointed. Every time they have like 4 types of pizza to choose from and they’re all funky toppings. We were there 45 minutes and never saw a single slice of any type of pizza kids eat. No cheese sticks, Canadian bacon, or plain cheese. There were 3 slices of pepperoni when we first got there, and they were pretty good, so we thought the last time was just an off day but 40 minutes later there’s still nothing anybody wants on the buffet. I followed the girl putting pizzas out around all three sides of the buffet before finally yelling to get her attention and was told 5 minutes on pepperoni and when it finally came it was covered with random onions and mushrooms and was incredibly undercooked. We frequently go to the Fayetteville like location and have the complete opposite experience. It’s obvious they don’t care at all about their customers. They should change their name so they’ll stop giving stop giving...

I've gone to the Cici's in Rogers off an off but haven't been there since the Covid19 shut down. Just recently went back. Even though I had to wear a mask the employee that took my money wasn't. His name was Rob, okay I didn't say anything about that went to get pizza and salad. They had 3 choices for pizza and the salad was lettuce, red cabbage and 2 grape tomatoes. When my husband aske about more pizza and more things for the salad Rob came from the back, still no mask and jumped my husband about complaining about everything every time he comes in there. Well my husband has never complained about anything at any Cici's and when he told Rob that an asked for an apology Rob said no he wouldn't apologize when my husband said fine we won't be back Rob said that's his choice.
