I had the carne asada at this Nicaraguan spot, and let me tell you — it was incredible. The meat was perfectly grilled, juicy, and full of smoky, seasoned flavor that hits just right. You can tell they know what they’re doing on the grill. It came with traditional sides — gallo pinto, sweet fried plantains, and a fresh cabbage salad — everything was fresh and felt like a real home-cooked meal.

The portion was generous, and the presentation made it feel like something special. What really stood out was how tender the carne asada was — not chewy at all, just melt-in-your-mouth good. You can taste the love and authenticity in every bite. Definitely one of the best carne asadas I’ve had at a Nicaraguan restaurant.

I never imagined I'd see a Nicaraguan restaurant in NWA, I'm so happy it is here, and wish much success for this restaurant and it's team. We were informed by our neighbors about this restaurant, there hasn't been much advertising. It's located in a the new Osage Creek Plaza in Rogers. They're definitely in a soft opening stage. The ambiance was great, excellent choice of music was playing and there were 3 TVs each with different sports on the screen. There's and option for family seating or counter seating. They opted for a contemporary decor. There's ample parking at the plaza. Overall I had a great first visit, and will be returning to try out other items on the menu.

I do hope Nacatamales will be added to the menu in the future, and buñuelos for those with a sweet...

My husband and I had a fantastic experience here tonight, with the most helpful, patient, and non-judgmental server I have EVER had. As a picky eater I sometimes feel judged by servers when I ask lots of questions. But when I told him i had no idea what to expect from Nicaraguan food, he was incredibly patient and explained things to me in detail so that I felt confident placing an order. He showed me pictures on his phone of dishes he’d had in the past, which was so helpful. And the food was SO good.
