Culver’s is one of my favorite places to eat and I’ve reserved judgement on this location knowing that they are new. Today however, they earned their one star. I ordered a Culver’s deluxe meal with fries and an extra side of onion rings. The food runner delivered my food to the table and my onion rings weren’t on the tray. The runner left my table marker on the table, so I thought that maybe they would deliver the onion rings separately. Ate my fries and burger and the rings never showed. Not a huge deal, I went to the counter and politely asked for a refund for the onion rings I never received. The young lady got the manager/owner/operator Pavan for me. Pavan ask how she could help and I explained the situation. She had the audacity to tell me that “in the future, if I don’t receive my food I should tell them immediately.” I explained to her that, 1) I don’t appreciate being told how to conduct myself. 2) her team left the table marker on the table giving me the impression the rest of my meal would be delivered. I gave them the benefit of the doubt on having the rest of my food delivered and didn’t fee the need to immediately go up and hassle them for my onion rings seeing as they were very busy. I decided to wait it out and see if they showed up. They didn’t and I simply asked for a refund on food not delivered. Additionally, I don’t think it falls on the shoulders of the customer to ensure all the food is delivered, that should be the job of the food runner. And maybe if they communicated with the tables instead of dropping the trays and running, a simple “are you missing any items” or “have everything you need?” Could fix the issue here. Nevertheless, the missing food isn’t the issue, my major concern is the lack of professionalism delivered by Pavan for the way she handled...
Read moreAs someone who had been waiting since 2019 for this restaurant to open, I had very high expectations and I think they're doing a pretty good job here! I've never been to a Culver's until today, went around 3:30pm, it looked a little slow when I went and it wasn't a long wait to get to the drive-thru speaker, only two others in front of us. At the speaker, even though I was asking a ton of questions about the menu, the lady taking my order was EXTREMELY patient (wish I had gotten her name) and answered all my questions enthusiastically. In the drive-thru, after paying the cashier, they stick a piece of paper with your order number onto your driver side mirror and ask you to pull up and wait for your order, as they cook everything fresh, which I thought was kind of fun. Despite being under the impression I'd have to wait a long time, I received my food in probably about 4 minutes. I ordered a double Culver's Deluxe with bacon, fries, and a side of cheese curds with a Pepsi. Unfortunately did not have an appetite for custard this time around, but I'm sure you've already only heard good things. The Pepsi was ice cold and refreshing, so if you're picky with soda like I am you'll appreciate that, but that's not what we're here for huh? The burger was great! Definitely tasty. All the veggies tasted fresh and the butter on the bun is a great addition without being too rich, which was my fear. Some of the crispiest crinkle fries I've ever had were here, I usually dislike crinkle fries because they tend to be more "limp" but not here. Cheese curds were just ok, I didn't like the batter they use (just my preference, my gf liked them) and they were just a tad too greasy but not by a huge margin. Overall, a great first experience. I'll be back! Would definitely...
Read moreI haven’t been inside. I’m assuming it’s nice in there. A lot of times if I ask for a certain condiment, I don’t get.
I’m not giving up on them yet. I want to see businesses stay open. I don’t want them to close down. But sometimes feedback is good so they can repair things to ensure they stay running well. I had to get an appointment quickly and didn’t have time to go in and discuss this with them. I figured this was a kid in the back not paying attention . Maybe?
I will probably be back through sometime within the next six months but today my burger looked as if someone cooked a burger, scooped the burger off the grill and my burger ended up being the bottom remnant of what was stuck on the grill because there’s no way you can get a burger that thin otherwise. Not even kidding.
Maybe better luck next time .
OK update I’m moving the two stars to three stars. I think they have four star potential. They have got better they’ve been opened a while. I have not got a new burger since then I’ll try that later. I got the fried cod tinner with mashed potatoes and gravy and coleslaw. I’m not supposed to have gluten and dairy, so yeah my belly hurt .
But it was pretty darn good food before the hurt began . But the amount of mashed potatoes was very small. I realize food is shrinking and prices are going up everywhere but I would think potatoes are a pretty cheap food. Need to be a bit more generous on the cheap foods. The fish was pretty good. And I’m glad they have the boom boom sauce not just tartar sauce.
I want it is a very nice clean place inside. It’s a new building and they have kept it clean. I...
