The Haley Boutique — Local services in Rogers

I came in 7/30/25 around 5:30 pm to find a top (very quickly as I was aware they closed at 6 pm & stated politely that I would be quick to the lady working). I found a couple of selections that were cute and asked about the return policy as this was my first time in this boutique. When I asked this, the lady working proceeded to say, "Why are you buying it if you're already asking about the return policy?" Rather rudely (which I tried to chalk up to it being the end of a long day) to which I responded, "I was not sure if the items I picked would pair w/some shorts I had in mind." We proceed to walk up to the counter where she tells me the return policy (final sale = no return/exchange, and anything else could be returned for store credit up to 10 days after purchase). I decided against 1 of the 2 tops since it was a final sale but wanted to buy the other. The lady proceeded to ask me again, "Why are you buying it if you're already asking about the return policy?" I again stated my reason to which she told me to just come back tomorrow with the shorts. I absolutely love this boutique and have suggested it to multiple people, as well as shopped here many times. However, I could not return/exchange an unworn dress with the tags still on it that was nearly $100 which is very frustrating. The policy was “10 days” and I did not find out I couldn’t wear the dress until this week.
