Never coming back to this Starbucks I came Saturday afternoon I ordered my drinks I used my 2 of 10 deal I got a pumpkin spice Frappuccino and a brown sugar shaken espresso with vanilla cold foam both venti and gave us a grande and still wanted to charge us more when our total was 12.39 and I stood up and said why would I pay more money if I used the coupon 2 for 10 and paid 12.39 that’s what we normally pay with coupon and she was like I’m sorry and I was like it’s okay after she gave it to me the cup was dirty from the bottom and I asked her if she could clean it because it’s not the first time they do that and it’s very hard to get out of the cup holders since it’s coffee and was like you guys are asking for to much and Sunday aka today we went again ordered the same thing and gave us the wrong drink the cold foam was not how it tastes normally just tasted like milk and coffee was not the right one over all horrible experience never going back always take forever too just get more employees telling friends to just go to...
Read moreThe last three time I have gone to this starbucks they have gotten my order wrong. I don't order anything crazy or custom. I order what's probably one of there simplest drinks. The first time they got my order wrong they used the wrong milk, without telling me. I don't know if they were out or what but they should have said something. (It was an iced coconut milk mocha macchiato) the second time I went I ordered the same thing and they made it hot not iced. So after that I decided I wasn't going back, but they are the closest starbucks to where I was at so I decided to get something else. Still they got it wrong. This time I got a Carmel Frap, they gave me a coffee frap, with no whip cream and no drizzle. I use the drive through. I know their policy is if you don't love your drink they will make it again, however I disn't want to hold up the 15 cars behind me so I just went on with my day. Read moreI love Starbucks, but this store gives me a headache. It is the closest store to me and right between my home and work. I have been here maybe 10x over the last 2 years and would go more, but every time I come to this store, they are OUT of everything. I have been to this store at times when there has been a handwritten sheet of paper listing 15+ things they are out of, taped to the drive-thru microphone. I get when the pandemic had us waiting for stuff, but this is just poor product stock management. Today, I ordered an Iced White Chocolate Mocha, out of the flavoring. I picked something else, then went to order egg bites….you guessed it…OUT. The individual at the window was nice, so that’s a plus, but it’s just out of hand with the products.
