Ok. I’m not sure where to start. I was traveling through town with a public school basketball team. We needed some lunch for around 25 hungry teenage basketball players. When we walked into Slims the game changed. The food. They HOOKED us up! They dropped 125 tenders for us and had them out and ready for un in 15 minutes. Hooded us up with the sauces and made the process so easy. The service. Paige was the bomb. She was poised under the pressure of this undertaking. She offered suggestions and was a true MVP unfazed by this task. Lulu came in and only made things better. She was a step higher than Paige in the pecking order, but she didn’t come in hot and disrespect Paige. She just came in and tactfully informed the backstage team of the situation. Lulu was great. Then the big dog came in and really hooked us up. Andres had clear control of the coop and without stepping on anyone absolutely made sure the process went without a hitch. We are talking about a great team here with a great culture. It was refreshing to see! The overall. Ive not seen a lot of places run like this. If you get the chance, make sure you stop! Read moreHi, I visited your restaurant at 7:45 on 10/30/16. I placed a order of Fried pickles only with ranch. During my visit the kid at the register was completely lost, another customer complained her order wasn't made period. she stated 3 other famies food was ready and she was there before them. As for my order, The pickles were ready as i was standing at the door in front of the register the entire time, The kid at the front dropped my pickles on the counter, then took my box to the back 15 sec later the kitchen girl dropped my box on the drive thru lane, The drive thru girl set it back at the front counter and the Boy who took my order put it in a bag and gave it to me. It was the same box cause i could tell due to damage on it. 2nd I called the manager and stated his name was "Cal Adams" He was not taking any leadership of that crew by laughing with them when the entire restaurant and drive thru was full, He kept walking from kitchen to front and not accomplishing anything. I understand hes a manager and doesn't have to work but There was absolutely no leadership going on that evening. Read moreDOES NOT STAY OPEN UNTIL 12am!!!!! We went inside to without realizing it was already past 10pm and closed and went ahead and ordered. If we would’ve known it was already closed we would’ve left without a fuss, it really not that serious we can just go dine elsewhere. But we placed a large order completely oblivious to that, went and sat down and the manager brought out our food and said and I quote “ we closed at ten, when I bring out your other order I need you to find somewhere else to eat” in a very rude and unprofessional manner. Then when we did receive our second order, I went up to the counter to apologize that we had kept them after hours and let her know that it was a misunderstanding and not us being inconsiderate but when I told her that we had come inside without looking at the sign and trusting what Google maps said she snapped at me again and said “it’s open until 12 for employees and not for y’all”. I completely understand her frustration bc of our ignorance, but she didn’t not need to be rude.
