8/27/19 6:50pm :: We came in for a pizza, breadsticks, and a cinnamon wheel. The breadsticks and wheels they had in their case expired that same day. They make those things two days in advance and coming from experience beforehand, two day old sticks and wheels are slimy and almost rancid.
We asked for fresh sticks and cinnamon wheels and she refused to make us fresh ones, insisting that those had to be sold first before they made new ones. I tried to reason with her and tell her that the ones in the case were expired and she wouldn't budge. The employee was unreasonably rude and doesn't have a desire to keep Papa Murphy's fresh for their customers. We didn't buy the the cinnamon wheel, knowing well in advance that it would end up in the trash, just as it has before with the same expiration date problem. We did get the sticks because we had a coupon for free ones. We threw away almost the whole thing.
We love Murph and we will keep going to this location over and over until we die, but please be aware, PM Owner, that you have an employee that would like to make your each customer's night very difficult.
(Please note, the one star is just to get your attention. It'll change in the future. Murph forever!)
Edit One :: We came in two weeks later and wanted a cinnamon wheel. Both of the ones in the case expire on the following day. I asked if they could make one that'll last a few days. The employee said it wasn't a problem at all. I explained to him that the last person who took our order told us we were SOL and wouldn't make us a not-expired wheel. He said that was ridiculous since they always have the materials ready to make them. Like I said, it was that one employee that ruins your brand.
Edit Two :: October 8, 2019- The same employee as the first time has product that expires today and product that expires yesterday in the case. I asked if she would make a new cheesy bread that didn't expire yesterday. She told me she can't because it's too close to closing. Just remember, Murph. We up north have little to no choice but to use this location. It's constantly disappointing that it's this bad.
Edit Three :: October 27, 2020 - This location has been great ever since. Return...
Read moreZero stars would be a better fit for a review! Our family had the worst experience of customer service we have ever had. At 3:25 pm I ordered and paid (including a tip) online, a family meal for curb side pickup. We were worried about Covid and we didn't want to go in. We were in no rush so we got there 10 Min. after the scheduled pick-up for 4:09 pm giving them plenty of time to get our order ready. Pulled up in front of the store with a couple of other cars and waited for a full 20 additional min. watching other customers come and go, before I called to find out where our order was. The guy on the phone said he saw our order and would start working on it. 30 Min. AFTER pick-up time and they hadn't even started it! Ok, take a deep breath and let it go our dinner would be ready soon we thought. After I called a customer pulled in next to us, went in, ordered, sat down to wait on their order, then came out with 3 pizzas about 15 min. later! At this point my husband was beyond mad, he put his mask on with receipt in hand went in the store to see what was going on with our order. When he started talking one of the guys cut him off every time he tried to say anything in a defensive rude manner. AND they hadn't even started our order yet! That we had been waiting on for 45 min. and they told me 25 earlier on the phone they were working on it. When my husband asked for an explanation were unapologetic but completely rude about it. The guy said it was store policy not to fill ANY online curbside pick up's until they had no one in the lobby making new orders. That is the most ridiculous policies I have ever heard of. If that is truly the policy I guess you could be waiting hours if they are busy even though you clearly have a stated pick up time on your order. So they told him it would be 15-20 min to get our order ready. My husband told them to forget it and to refund our money. Very disappointing since this was our first outing for food since Jan. because of Covid. and we loved the Papa Murphy's that closed down in Springdale and wanted to try this one. Lost our...
Read moreWe were ordering pizza here at least twice a week. Then things started changing for the worst. They are making awful pizzas now & they are seriously skimping back on toppings; the pizzas do not cook evenly; not the same quality, thin pizzas; are paper thin & extremely uneven; they over due it with the seasonings on their cheese sticks. The current Manager is very rude; blonde; short hair; large round plug earrings; baggy clothes. We walked in the Rogers location one evening, while she was training new employees & she was not very nice to them. Papa Murphy’s online site has a lot of issues & glitches, that need to be fixed. There should be a way to cancel a order within at least a (5-10) minute time frame. For some reason; the online site would not let me use any coupons I had & it submitted a incomplete order; this has never happen to me before; I called the store to explain & she refused to cancel. Once we got there; she refused to accept the coupon I had; it was not expired & we spent over $35. Manager had a “I do not care, attitude!; not my problem.” All the manager said; was the website has been giving customers a lot of problems like this; no apologies; did not even try to make it right, she knows us; from ordering weekly. Well Papa Murphy’s, so long, you lost 4 more customers, we will be taking our business & spending our money elsewhere. There is no Quality in a pizza; when you make it paper thin & skimping back on toppings; it’s ridiculous, that the new owners think that customers will actually put up with this non sense. It’s sad; because at one time it use to be a good place; this is the only location in Rogers & it will end up going out of business with their so called...
