So I've heard about this chain for a few years now. I had never stopped in, but a coworker said we should go. So we went (weekday, 12 PM.) It wasn't too terribly busy, but the menu was kinda crazy. Aguacate en todo would be a more appropriate name for this place. As the rare resident of California that doesn't absolutely adore Avocado, I opted for the far left of the menu, which is chicken portions and 2 sides.
The chicken (breast and wing) was lackluster. The wing looked as though it had been slow-roasted in the parking lot for a few days. Great as a doorstop, not as great as something to ingest. The breast was alright, but the seasoning was pretty bland. Not crispy, not flavorful, just kinda there. Wait, was it breaded? I'm not sure.
The service was fine. On par with a fast food place. The orders were accurate, and the cashier almost overheated when someone used Android Pay. Oh well :)

Usually I am very happy with my quick stop for a side order of Mac n cheese as I make long medical trips to the bay area from (just south of the Oregon border) the Humboldt County area. This last time however the man in front of me finished ordering and then just kept chatting. Again normally I don't mind but I had to get my order in so I could use the restroom and get on the road.
Once I make it to the cashier I ordered what I needed, she yelled to the cook and handed me a side that must have been pre-prepped? Or the Mac was just ready to be changed over for everyone.. Waited in a long drive thru line to get my order taken by someone with the most attitude possible, constantly being cut off. I didn't receive my full order and the food I did get was either wrong or thrown together all sloppy. Once the bag was swung at me and in my hands that window shut and I was ignored even though I didn't receive everything. I had to walk in to what can only be described as a war zone. Employees were snapping at customers and even their manager. I said excuse me and was greeted with a rude "What?!", I politely asked for the rest of my order because I didn't want to perpetuate the situation. Got my food and left.
