Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Rohnert Park

I went through the drive through the man taking orders made me go to the window because he couldn’t get my order right through the speaker so I did, at the window I told him my order again simple #1 classic sandwich with fries and a lemonade. He repeated it to me and it was right. But when I got my food I got 2 peices of chicken and a sprite I also asked for sauce and received none. After getting the wrong food I decided to go inside when I got there the guy (I think manager) complained in Spanish to my face thinking I wouldn’t understand and said that he gave me what I ordered. After that experience I decided to go again thinking that the first time was just a bad day for them but I was wrong. When I went the same guy was taking the order and he got my order right atleast but at the window the guy asked if I wanted any sauce and I said yes. I didn’t get any so I went inside to ask for some. The guy at the register was nice and said he was sorry and was going to give me the sauce. While giving me the sauce the manager that took my order said “they always come in here to complain charge them” even though I already got charged for the sauce in the drive through. I explained that I already paid for sauces but I didn’t get them. He still charged me and complained about me. Over all my experience in this location has been horrible but mostly because of the man in charge I will not...

I suppose because it's relatively cheap is why I keep coming here. Other than that, all these bad reviews are spot on. VERY slow service, i just came from there and of course as per usual it took them a half hour just to get half of our order, then when the rest came, they got it wrong so we waited longer still. This seems to be common here; botched orders, soda machine is always either broken or the syrup mixture is UNDRINKABLE. I honestly can't come up with anything positive about THIS LOCATION. Let's make that clear; I love Popeyes when I have it at other locations, this particular one is terrible. Corporate needs to rethink their hiring practices in the RP location... obviously hiring a bunch of stoned kids and just generally slow People isn't working. You couldn't possibly have a worse turnover rate, so experiment. Maybe a higher wage and just a TINY bit more of a skill set will improve the quality of trainees you're getting. I don't know, but I do know that Rohnert Park Popeyes sucks. Something...

First off we never even got food. I'd really like to know what these kids are smoking, because after 10 minutes of sitting at the order place, and another 20 at the window, with 4 different people asking me what my order was because "our computer system just went down," they still didn't get it right, then after another 15 minutes they started joking about how I didn't have my food yet, and FINALLY someone came to collect payment, of which the amount was wrong, and when I asked how long it would take I was told they were, "just now making your sandwiches." I drove off without paying or getting food. Especially upsetting because it's a school night and need to feed my kid before it gets too late, but that's out the window now!

Avoid this particular establishment like the plague.
