My daughter loves Starbucks and even when I was working as a Director of staff Development (nurse teacher) or an infection prevention nurse or even a nurse supervisor I have always gone to Starbucks up and down California as I traveled with my family. We just so happen to be in a situation that I am actually going through an awakening and for those of you who know what that is. It’s probably the most difficult time someone goes through still trying to keep faith. Because this path I’m on is not just about me but God chose this. He said I couldn’t go back to work. All those people did was talk behind my back. Myself and my daughters have been living on and off in hotels and the car trying to get by until god says it’s time. We never stay the night in a parking lot due to the dangers we usually drive to the beach and sleep at a rest stop when we can’t afford a room at this time. We had no choice but to sleep in the Starbucks parking lot. We had no gas, my daughter needed WiFi for school. Not to mention we always buy something in that shopping center daily so we can park there. Other people do too but today someone had a problem with me like that’s the only power they have as the Starbucks girl blonde/redhead fuzzy hair medium build with a disgusted look on her face knocked on my window saying we were here all night and if that was my trash on the side of the door. I told her you mean the dog food that is not trash. I didn’t argue. God saw everything. We left. It’s people like you that make me stronger with hate. God is real. Be good and do good. Because if you don’t god will give you the karma from the hate in your heart. Don’t think you know someone based off of how they look. Someday you may be in the same position. I pray god opens your eyes so you will not judge those who are like you. God bless everyone who reads this....
Read moreI called around, trying to find a Starbucks to make sure they had electrical outlets to charge my phone. I called this Starbucks and they said they had a couple outlets. I got there. I couldn’t find any they had covered all of them so that’s at least four Starbucks in Rohnert Park California. This one doesn’t have electrical outlets available to their customers. I ask one of the helpers he was going to try to find an outlet for me and the manager said we don’t have any outlets here and you need to go down to a restaurant next-door and see if they have an outlet . Why is it that: she says some people come and plug-in and go to sleep . And I said well, I spend thousands of dollars at Starbucks from the East Bay to the North Bay and I’m not gonna fall asleep. I just need a place while I’m drinking my iced coffee to charge my phone. She said well this is corporate idea. Well, we need to send a message up chain to corporate. This is a bad idea for your customer who spend a lot of money to have maybe have people meet them there or have meetings or other things where you may need an outlet to charge your phone or your computer. Please respond to this. I think we need to send a message to corporate. They’ve got the wrong idea of customer service. Regular people loyal customers are denied the service of simply charging your phone or plugging in your computer because of a couple people falling asleep with their computer charging. It’s easy to spend $10-$20 a day at Starbucks that’s 500+ dollars a month that’s 6000 a year just add it up . And the simple service to charge your phone when needed while you’re buying drinks and refills or other drinks . Please add your thoughts to this: because I’m gonna going to go up the chain and complain to corporate about their policy, which will push me to go to Pete’s instead of Starbucks...
Read moreThis was the first time I had been to this location. I won't be going back. The Baristas were rude. I arrived and the barista in the front just stood there and stared at me. She wasn't doing anything but chit chatting with her co-workers and they call were complaining . The others were busy making drinks. I waited a couple minutes and said "hi". She didn't say anything and walked up to the register and said "what do you want?". I said "I'd like to order a couple drinks". She rolled her eyes and said "ok what are they?". I told her my order and while she was putting it in I tried to break the tension by saying "how's your day going?". She ignored my question and said "you can pick up your order over there. My drinks didn't taste good but I wasn't abt to say anything. I tried to use the bathroom while I was there, both were dirty and had no toilet paper. Another guest asked for some TP and was told not now...
