Park Plaza Center — Local services in Rohnert Park

Safeway is a horrible place threw my eyes, I've been going to Safeway since I was a child. They have changed very much. I have over 15 years of experience working for trader Joe. Last week when shopping I was verbally assaulted by one manager and employee who in front of a crowd of people said loudly I was caught shoplifting and told not come back. I was called a thief who had their fingers in my face. It was very very embarrassing! I was like a deer in headlights couldn't even talk I was completely shocked because it was not me I'd never seen them before. I've not even heard back from that store's regional manager. I'm left with the feeling they care less what happened Besides that incident quality of the workers is bad, they stage product to be put up right in front of the product you might want. They give you dirty looks when you even try maneuver threw their isles that have pallets in the middle. They don't care how many people are in line at the cashier stations. They are not the same store I grew to no in this guy's opinion they care not about the costumer there are to many stores that do try I will now be able to experience. I hope what happend to me dies not happen...

I needed to edit my review and this is for the Safeway store no other establishments at the plaza! Starbucks seems to be the only thing that keeps me coming back cause the $5 sugar free cake and $4 sugar free frosting is price gouging at its worst. This store is unbelievable it's probably the worst at prices by all stores within a 20-30 mile radius. Do not stop 🛑 here they purposely over charge and I witnessed a crime with a lady worker cussing and kicking a car that she ran after from the store bringing a male worker with her. It was around 8:30 at night. You know who you were I don't care what was stolen or not you do not endanger others around you who are innocent bystanders. I was right by you creeps and that action you took into your own hands could have gotten us all shot or ran over by that car. You people are reckless and ignorant. Also stop cussing on the job you make your store more ghetto just by your mouth. Next time there is an incident that is illegal call the police you almost got us all harmed from your ignorance, negligence, and stupidity! Never again should you ever take the law into your own hands unless you want a law suit against your...

Safeway, CVS, laundromat, UPS store, Noodle (Pho) restaurant, Mexican restaurant, etc... It is almost never an issue to get a decent parking space, and the Safeway in this Plaza is open until 2am, whereas the other local locations are only open until 1am... If you cant find what you need here theres always a Raley's, United States Post Office, Ross Dress for Less, an auto parts store, a drive-up coffee stand, and others behind the Plaza- and across the street is a Grocery Outlet, 24 hour fitness, Basking Robins, Little Caesar's, a Valero gas station and more! Rohnert Park doesnt have a valid "downtown" (although rumored to be in the works of building one) so in my eyes this has always been the closest thing...
