McDonald's — Restaurant in Roland

My Husbands experience: So as I come across these reviews I feel like I should write one my self from a ex employee state of view. I have worked here for over a year and it's been good and bad. I was on maintenance the whole time I was employed here. I've never been wrote up or have been told I wasn't doing my job correctly. Well a month and a half ago the store got a new General Manager I thought to myself things was gonna change and I never felt like my job would be taken from me well I was wrong!!! This new General Manager fired me on Thanksgiving yes I said THANKSGIVING! Shows a lot about her character. She tried to give me my verbal, written and final (termination) write up all that morning she didn't even tell me what I was signing just to sign it 😒. She said the reason she was firing me because I didn't notify the managers that I was leaving for the day even though I was scheduled to get off at that time (I did let them know though) she also said because I didn't powerwash for one day because Monday and Tuesday I couldn't because her daughters boyfriend which is secondary maintenance took the water key home(I think he did it deliberately) he brought it back Tuesday afternoon but by that time I was headed home. So on Wednesday I let her know that there wasn't enough gas in the powerwasher. She also try to blame me for the door being open for the water but obviously if I haven't powerwashed I had no reason to mess with it. I understand that Oklahoma is an at will state but this prove to me that compaines really don't care about their employees for the fact she had no reason to fire me she just wanted to give one of her several family members my position. I even asked her to give me a chance to fix it and this was her exact words through messenger "Im sorry for your situation but i cant take any more chances on having bad visits. Im not going to be able to take you back." Ridiculous? I know right. I'm 31 years old and have worked many places and I have never been treated this way before she didn't consider what would happen to my life by lossing my job I have a family just as well to support she didn't care. My advice to anyone reading this don't work here because you'll never know when your job will be taken right from underneath you for no reason also...

This used to be one of the best McDonald's to go to including in the city of Fort Smith but not anymore. Foods always missing from your orders orders are always wrong or they don't have the proper equipment to make the food that you ordered. Example you order a shake you'll watch them in there with a plastic spoon stirring the syrup into the ice cream instead of mixing it in a shake machine another example the toaster is always down so you can never get a sausage McMuffin from this place. I'm totally abandoning McDonald's all together food quality sucks service sucks. UPDATE: 10/18/25. Please please get some training at this restaurant! These people always make you pull forward and can never put your food in the sac that you ordered! This place needs to be shut all the way down this is ridiculous! Why in the hell you going to make me pull forward and wait for my food and it ain't even the right food because you didn't put it in...

Rude every single time I have went here. Definitely not going back after the other night I asked for two 20 pieces the girl said it's going to be about 6 minutes on the nuggets I said it's okay I'll wait then she says and not even telling how long you will wait in line (there's one person in front of me) she then asked what sauces do I want I asked for 4 sauces and she Rudely says we don't even have those sauces when I have got them every time I've went. Then a few nights before that I called in a cookie tote and asked if they could be fresh she said ok then I get there not one car in the line she tells me they have been two busy to make them so I wait 20 minutes for something I called in. Night shift has been horrible every time I have went long lines always rude definitely will drive to fort...
