Arby's — Restaurant in Rolla

If you're craving an Arby's roast beef and cheddar, this is one of the places you can satisfy that craving. Why anyone would ever crave one of these sandwiches is a mystery to me but it only happens occasionally so why ask why? Arby's used to be the place to go for the best lemonade. They ruined it by only offering the lemonade in one size that is the equivalent of a small. Unfortunately I'm an adult and I require a larger sized portion then that because I can drink that in a single swallow. I tried ordering six lemonades for myself but I only have 2 drink holders in my vehicle. Finally it became too much of a hassle so I bought a gallon sized yeti jug and I make my own lemonade a gallon at a time cheaper than the lemonade they offered by about ten times and just as good if not better. So I went from being a daily customer to a twice a year customer. I even wrote the company and asked them to consider not doing away with their large sized lemonade. I asked the employees to charge me for 3 lemonades and put it in a large cup. They wouldn't do it. I didn't feel like carrying around a yeti thermos empty just to have to fill it up a drink at s time at Arby's which made me realize that I didn't even need Arby's. They need me. If they aren't willing to sell me as much of their product as I want to buy they can keep it all. I don't need Arby's I only want Arby's. I only stopped here because I was on a road trip and it happened to be at the right place at the right time. They don't offer anything that I'd go out of my way for now. I don't know how they stay in business. At the bottom of this page it asks me what do I recommend to eat and they don't even have lemonade listed. That's how clueless the company is. They haven't even eaten at their own restaurant. Well I wouldn't recommend anything really. That gyro isn't bad if you want food poisoning. There signature sandwiches aren't bad if you don't notice the employees dropping the meat on the floor as they slice it. Their turnovers are awesome. Oh wait. They don't offer those any more either. Their brisket sandwich is pretty good but it's too small. Their reuben isn't really a reuben. I don't recall what it was lacking but it lacked something. Every time I have gone there they ask me if I want Arby's sauce or horsey sauce and every time I say yes and I never ever get it. I mean every time at any Arby's and I'm talking in multiple states. So I always end up with roast beef on a bun.i realize that their employees aren't brain surgeons. But they cannot remember straw, napkin, sauce. Don't even ask for salt and pepper because you won't get it plus you'll be penalized one of the preceding items if you confuse them and ask for salt or pepper. McDonald's was like that at one time but they have done something right because they are on the ball now. They never forget that stuff anymore. So I know it's possible. I would love to recommend Arby's but unless you enjoy being disappointed I'd go somewhere else. Go to the delli at a grocery store and make you're own roast beef sandwich or even...

I went through the drive thru and ordered their 2 for $7 cheddar and roast beef sandwiches. I had them add lettuce and tomato as well as a small curly fries. I was shocked that their small fries were almost the size of McDonald's large fries which was a very pleasant surprise that will surely upset my doctor if she reads this! The sandwiches were awesome and I almost couldn't finish them! So delicious! The employees were very nice and helpful. I was second in line but even with that, I don't think I was there for over five minutes. Quick, friendly and delicious! I strongly suggest you treat yourself this week to a trip to the Rolla, Missouri Arby's. UPDATE 6/28/23: HORRIBLE VISIT!! I drove 40 minutes to the Rolla, Missouri Arby's and through the drive thru but was told that the 5 for 5 regular roast beef sandwich deal is ONLY available online and they won't let me order here, I was upset. But I went on the app AND I STILL couldn't order it!!! I even tried re-installing the app but to no avail. I tried to lodge a complaint but Arby's is impossible to do that so I went to THEIR Facebook page and wrote but they only gave me 25 words for a negative review AND if it's a good review you're not limited to how much you can praise them!!! HORRIBLE, LONG WASTE OF MY GAS AND TIME!! DON'T WASTE YOURS!! THEIR 5 FOR 5 DEAL IS A TOTAL SCAM!!! YOU CAN'T ORDER IT IN THE RESTAURANT, THE DRIVE THRU OR ONLINE!! I have never in my life been treated so horrible as I was with an Arby's employee. Today 15 October 2022 I stopped by the Arby's in Rolla and as I was ordering, a train was going by and police sirens was sounding in another direction. I couldn't order the rest of my food until it got quite. The employee was rushing me and I forgot to tell her no Swiss cheese on my French dip sandwich. When I pulled up to the window, I told her about not wanting Swiss cheese and she started screaming at me that my food was already made and I should have mentioned it while ordering. I said to her that there was a lot of noise and she reminded me again that she had already made the sandwich and I would have to take it. I handed her the money and told her that it would be the very last time I would come to Arby's and she was screaming to the top of her lungs that I couldn't talk to her that way over and over. Then she told me that I was not getting my food and slammed the window in my face. I was mortified by her behavior and I am planning to contact the corporate home office with some questions. We have eaten at Arby's several times and many other places. I have never been treated with such disrespect.
